Jeff Walton was very patient and kind with me as I was very agitated by the situation. He never raised his voice and calmly handled my issues. He explained everything to me. In the end (after more than 2 hours) he was able to get my flight rebooked.

I am convinced this company is scamming travelers. If you read their positive reviews carefully, it even appears they are fake. I was switched into different dates than I requested and contacted them within 5 minutes of booking and was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee despite airlines being required to give you a grace period to cancel your flights. Stay away.

Henry was exceptional. He provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out with a reservation.

Henry was considerable because refund processing was guarantee based on some issue about additional fees which was not convenient for me.

This was m y first time dealing.I dealt with Jeff Walton who was curteous, knowledgeable and profession took time to satisfy my travel needs After being notified that my previous confirmation was being changed by the airline and booked me on another carrier

I requested a cancellation of my booking originally via online chat tool. They forwarded my request to the cancellation department and assured me that I would receive a call back within the next 15 to 20 minutes which in fact I did so I was very happy about that. I spoke with Jeffrey Walton the representative from the cancellation department and from the beginning he was very very helpful. He listened to my concerns he immediately contacted Southwest airlines canceled my booking and made sure that charge to my credit card had been reversed and then followed up with me to make sure that I received the proper emails and that I verified the that there was no charge on my credit card so I truly appreciate him for that

Scam don’t do it . Secret fares , and not refundable. Needed to desactivate my card to not get charged crazy adds on .

This is a scam; stay away. I had a very disappointing experience with Farecrown. I was told I would be charged $1,200 for my ticket, but then I received a call telling me the ticket I "purchased" was a standby ticket, and it is not guaranteed, and no bags are allowed. They ended up charging me close to $1900 instead.

This is a scam, stay away.I had a very disappointing experience with Farecrown. We were told that we were being charged $1,238 for six tickets, but when the confirmation email arrived, we discovered that the payment only covered two passengers. To make matters worse, the tickets we "purchased" were standby tickets and were not even guaranteed. When they took it out of our account they ended up charging us $1465 instead.

When we contacted Farecrown for clarification, we were given the runaround. The representatives were extremely rude, repeatedly talked over us, and refused to provide clear information about our booking. Instead of resolving the issue, they informed us that we would need to pay $1400 more to cover for the 6 of us.

They are also refusing to issue a refund despite the misleading information we were given during the booking process. I was trying to book a vacation for my family, and now we are out $1,465 with no resolution in sight.

I would strongly caution others to be very careful when booking through Farecrown. My experience was frustrating, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. Just so you all know "Jessica" was her name.

RIP OFF!!! Bait and switch stay away!! This is sick what they are doing to people! Called me to confirm payment just for them to tell me the reservation was canceled and would have to switch dates and flights and be placed on a “waitlist” or pay $800 more! After already paying $400+ to get another ticket.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a scam agency (FareCrown.com) I made a flight reservation for a great price from charlotte to DC and when I call them because I wanted to get information about checking a bag and a seat assignment I was told that if I wanted to check a bag I would need to upgrade!! Then I was told I could only bring a purse a a backpack weighting no more than 7lbs. When I told him I needed to check a bag he put me on hold them came back and said my flight price would increase to $300 extra dollars!!! When I told him to cancel he said if I cancel (mind you this transaction had only been 3hrs) I would be charged $100!! I hung up and immediately contacted my credit card company fraud department and cancelled my card. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, CONSUMER BEWARE!!

they took a reservation for me, for ($89.00)they didn't book it. I called the next day (saturday) they told me that buying the ticket was closed until Monday and to call them back but there was no problem. called Monday and they said that the ticket did not get purchased and the new price was $218.00 more. which is close to what the airline charges. India based company (with typical American names) that could not care about the customer. these companies should not be allowed to continue to operate in US.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Booked a Southwest flight to Las Vegas at half the price of anywhere else. The terms before I purchased said I had 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. The email they send you AFTER you purchase says NO REFUNDS. The email also says the ticket is "pending" and that I need to contact them. I did, and they told me that I would be allowed no bags or personal items unless I upgraded to a ticket that was $500 more. I told her how much of a bait and switch scam this was and that I wanted a refund. She said no because the email AFTER purchasing says no refunds. Scam!

Vincent was such a pleasant representative he was very informative and patient. Friendly personality. Would definitely recommend him to others.

There was confusion with my tickets that were purchased and I worked with Vincent Stone to resolve the problem. He did a great job of walking me through the situation and working hard to get it resolved. He provided some of the best customer service I have received in some time.
