Bought three brand new SATA SSDs. Seven months later all are dead after a power outage. Company support is unresponsive to multiple email messages requesting replacements.

Brought a Fanxiang M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB TLC 3500MB/S PCIe 3.0 Internal Solid State Hard Drive the drive was usable PS5 or Xbox s and my PC did not recognise the drive.
Buyers be very careful when buying Fanxiang because the quality of the drive are not very good and the after sales is slow,Stick with the big boys WD Crucial and Samsung SSD.

My 2TB ssd stopped working after 2 years. They clearly offer 5 years warranty but never sent me a replacement. Absolute waste of money and data. Will never buy from this chinese junk brand ever again.

Internal and External SSD, 2tbs each, they provide better speed and reliability than I ever had with Samsung, Sandisk, or Kingston.

Purchased a 2TB SSD off eBay it failed once & refused to boot after 2 months. I managed to get windows up & running again for it to fail again in less than a month. This time unable to restore. I slaved the drive in another windows laptop & ran several tests one of which was a benchmark test. When I ran the benchmarks the test refused to begin & when I got the program closed I noticed the SSD had disappeared out of explorer, on restart it appeared again only to disappear when doing other checks. The companies solution was to offer a 1TB drive to replace it. I purchased a 2TB drive that is what it should be replaced with. Then they told me to return it for refund & they now have the drive back. I am battling to get my money back. Stay away from these, spend a little more & get a good drive from a reputable company.

Purchased a 2tb ssd from amazon, It stopped working after 5 months. I never recieved a reply to emails and messages, luckily Amazon came to the rescue and refunded me. Research shoes a high failure rate on their products and customer service is terrible.

This company does not respond to customers. They do send email in a foreign alphabet. You will need Google Translate. They do accept orders for out of stock items, which will not be delivered. They will charge your credit card. Avoid this company and all its aggravation.

I purchased a Fanxiang SSD in January. It worked for a few months before it suddenly died completely. The drive is a total loss, no longer recognized by any computer.

The product page advertises a "3-5 Year Warranty," which is a lie. I have tried to contact Fanxiang through four different channels to claim the warranty, but I've been completely ignored. No replies, no support, nothing. A quick look at other reviews shows this is their standard business practice.

My conclusion: Do not buy from this company! I am now out €200 for a defective piece of hardware because Fanxiang refuses to honor its warranty. They will take your money, leave you with a broken product, and offer zero support. In my experience, this company is fraudulent.

200% good performance

This was a sata ssd 1tb. Unfortunately like the others the drive seemed fine when first installed worked fine. Like the others here it has suddenly decided to die and not be seen in windows in dock or any other way on a number of different computers. Mine did last longer than a year but ye customer support email just has no response so can't recommend this company pay thr10 to 20 more for a reputable brand and safer data.

2TB NVME for PS5 worked for a few month, since then it stops working after a few minutes and always crashes the PS5, so I removed it.
I contacted the support and got complete silence. 160€ lost. Better spend a few bucks more and get something reliable. Never again for me.

I just bought a 512 gb ssd. guess what 2 months later it started becoming slow and i noticed it doesnt even have 512 gb

My Fanxiangssd for apple MacBook Pro worked fine, then 5 months later ssd failed while I was doing a backup.all data lost.
contacted them had no reply.
best to avoid. £150 wasted.

I bought a 512GB FF911 USB. Excellent performance at first but it died after 6 weeks after periods of erratic behaviour. CrystalDiskInfo showed 0 valid blocks available. Replacement lasted 50% longer at 9 weeks but died with the same error.

I requested a refund on 21/3/25 but only received a generic list of things to try, including low level format. Given that new units lasted between 6 to 9 weeks and failed with almost total loss of data I didn't expect reliability from a reformatted failed unit.

After the failure of the second unit I tested it with various utilities including CHKDSK and HD Tune Pro 6.0 (quick scan) which both pronounced it healthy. A full scan with the latter found 17 individual bad blocks before condemning the rest.

Two weeks since the last (generic) reply and counting. Five year warranty not looking so great!

The item was never shipped, I wrote to them asking if there was a problem with the shipment, but I never received a response either a reshipment of the item or a refund for the hard drive.

I do not recommend this store.A year ago, I purchased a 1TB SSD. The SSD was used only for storing information.A few weeks ago, my computer stopped recognizing it.I tried several applications to check its condition,but none of them worked.I contacted the store, which offers a 3-YEAR WARRANTY on its products.They gave me some advice,which I had already tried, but it did not help.The SSD was connected to three different computers, and none of them could detect it—neither on the motherboard nor through an external reader.The store told me that the only help they could offer was to send me a replacement 512GBSSD, since I had been using the original one for over six months.So why offer a 3-YEAR WARRANTY if,after six months, you no longer support the product you originally purchased? I declined their offer.The most important thing is that the data stored on the SSD can no longer be restored.Buy something more expensive but of good quality—don’t waste your data,money,and time on cheap brands.

It stopped working after 12 months. I have been claming the warranty for two months and they have not answered me. Scammers, I'd rather look into other more reliable brands like WD or Crucial.

I purchased an ssd fanxiang s500 pro 1tb nvme m2 pcie 3.0 x 4 this card worked well for about 9 months then out of the blue just stopped working it shows up in the bios but after that it just wont do anything I then bought a usb drive card holder thinking I would be able to format the card and at least use it again but no that didn't help ,still no axes. Iv try there web site but that's just non existent. SO anybody thinking of purchasing anything from this company please DON'T Its a total waste off money I mean what sort of company has no support site.

the connector broke on my 512GB ssd but decided to give them 1 more try as it could have been my fault. just installed the S102 pro 1TB version. and will review after a few weeks
