Great Product, Great Customer Service
I am very happy that I chose Fantini Pelletteria when looking to purchase a duffel weekender. There were a few little hiccups in the shipping to the U.S. but excellent customer service and communication in getting it resolved. The duffel is beautifully made.

The customer service was good, but i had to pay 50 for a tracked return.

Top-Notch Customer Service, Beautiful Backpack
Customer service was top-notch. I purchased the blue leather backpack, Fiorentino, as a Christmas gift for my partner. Unfortunately, the first package was porch-pirated... We provided proof that we filed a police report and two FedEx claims, and Mariagrazia was so helpful throughout the whole process. The merchant shipped a second package, and I redirected the destination to a secure local FedEx pickup location. The backpack is now safely in our hands, it's beautiful and so well-made!

Superior craftsmanship and service.
There were a few issues with US customs (due to new requirements and regulations), and the good people at Fantini Pelletteria responded immediately.
The Doctor's bag is absolutely beautiful, is of exceptional quality, and is made to last. I would not hesitate ordering from them again, and recommend them highly. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Amazing Quality
Just received a Cuoieria, Brown. This is really amazing. The quality is really something incredible, even better than on the pictures. After a small customs problem (i'm in Malta, it's often), I received a fast and useful help from the customer service, thanks to MariaGrazia that treated my case fast and good.
