I bought a wallet from this company and it seemed to suffer from restricted opening meaning the it was difficult to use with larger banknotes, I tried to leave a review of this on the fanshome website but after trying several times I gave up as the site rejected the review

No update and if it doesn't arrive I'm contacting Trading standards so pay attention ok..
My order or else.

I ordered a hat. Emails arrived confirming the order, and a tracking number. I was able to track the package all the way from sender in China to here a week after ordering

Terrible company ordered my item over a month ago, no parcel sent 2 Emails no reply utter scam and I am going to take this further.

Appalling company.....goods not delivered.
Slow/no response to emails....having to get PayPal involved for refund.

Well, I have looked at people's reviews & definitely wouldn't have bought my foot file from this company if I'd have read these reviews first, but I did. I can honestly say I must be the first that is satisfied with my item. I had no problems ordering and had a tracking number and my file arrived before the estimated delivery date. The foot file is amazing, I have always suffered with hard skin due to the job I do, I've bought many of files, creams and electric gadgets but the foot file I bought is the best I've ever used to get rid of hard skin. It takes no effort to do your feet and they feel great. I had no problem with the company delivery was quicker than stated and to be fair I would buy from this company again as my first order was fine. You can get the same product I bought for a quarter of the price I paid for it on Amazon but didn't realize that until months after I bought it but no issues with this company at all, perhaps a bit pricey I'd suggest shop around first. The foot file is excellent so paying over the odds is my fault for not searching on the internet for cheaper deals.

Please do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. Two very sad kids here and an angry mother, stuck with 2 crystal 'National Geographic' Advent calendars, which are full of pieces of orange glass.
I was offered only 20% refund, which in refused. The calendars are not fit for purpose and are definitely not Nat Geo ones! BE CAREFUL GUYS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I naively ordered 4 sets ( one was free) of Fanshome Cute Animal Shaped Potty Feet as their image showed metallic animal figure supports under an apparently large terracotta pot for a terrace. The actual pot must have been the size of a teacup. The little animals are some sort of /plastic resin figures you would get a in Christmas cracker worth only pence. The sets cost over £16.00 for 2!! They are shipped from China. If you look up "Contact us" there are links but not a single address. One star is far too much as a rating.

I ordered a knife sharpener from this company. I waited several weeks before contacting Fanshome. Navigating a complex complaint setup, I asked for an update on my delivery. The usual rubbish answers came back.
The item arrived. At first I thought it was a joke, like something out of a Christmas cracker. Absolute rubbish.
I hope enough people read these reviews and bring these people back down to earth. Do NOT use this company for anything.

Scamming b...... S bought somthing from them never got item then contacted them and there saying I didn't buy it from them and have since blocked me don't go near them. Have the purchase on my stamen clearly shows there email at the bottom and they still say I didn't buy it from them because its a different person's name on it same company but different name so stay well clear

They sent a tracking number that doesn't exist. They then sent me an email at 3am saying - Due to the influence of COVID-19, airport processing is under pressure and transportation time is getting longer. Shipping time will take 15 days or even longer. They're meant to be a UK based site/company which they absolutely are NOT! They're nothing but scammers! Do not waste your money. I asked a few times for a refund to be ignored.
EDIT :- finally received the toys for my 2 youngest children (4&9). They came absolutely stinking of some sort of chemical, it was very strong smelling. I spun the fidget and it instantly broke 😒 needless to say, they were launched straight the bin.

Ordered an item on the 25 Oct - it’s now the 12 Nov. With still no item.

Was going to try customer services but upon reading other reviews I’ll save myself the stress.

Like many others I wish I'd had the common sense to check before I buy, guess that's £17 I can wave goodbye to. Was supposed to be a Christmas present. Will never be tempted again, although this is the only on-line company I have had trouble with.

Ordered 2 bracelets 2 weeks ago the money was taken from my account and 5 days later I had an email saying my items were being shipped and gave me a tracking number. I left it a couple of days before clicking on the tracking number and it came up no shipping record so emailed and got a response of the shipping information may not be up to date so I left it a few days and tried tracking again with same number and low and behold same again no shipping record. I emailed again and the response I have this time is due to Covid delivery time takes 15 days or longer (but no actual time scale) I ordered these on the 24th of October so I’m now on day 15 and still can’t track where they are
EDIT:- I finally received my bracelets 4 and a half weeks after ordering

Do not USE/BUY! FRAUDSTERS!

Have not received good but money has been taken from my account. Have been given a fake shipping number so can't trace order hope to get a refund.

I was going to order some pretty lace- top warm socks. Advertised via facebook. Exact colour of my gloves & shoes until I checked the reviews. What a shame 😔

was going to order earrings advertised on Facebook but after reading reviews decided against ordering.
