Scam company you cannot call them my order has not arrived although delivery company said they have delivered - TO WHOM - I ask. Fanshome do not reply to emails I will never ever purchase from them again rubbish company

I have same issue that i can see another customer has, ordered 3 calendars back in Oct and had confirmation of order but that is it. No more communication, although i have sent numerous e-mails demanding to know where my order is. Very very disappointed and will never recommend this site.

Product hasn't arrived after 4 weeks and nobreplies from customer service email. What to do?

I ordered 2 calendars and over 2 months later have received no calendars, no refund and no response to the numerous emails I have sent chasing this order. I would give zero stars if I could

Ordered a Mop from them in early October.......had an email from Evri telling me they tried to deliver it but no one was in....we were in & no one came to the house. I contacted fanshome & I received an email from Charles apologising & stating they would send a replacement but it would take 15 days.. it is now 30 days....I have sent several emails but heard nothing back. I paid by PayPal & the account showed the Payment went to Blue Ribbon Retail, whoever they are!! Obviously a SCAM Company. P. Nix

Do not use fanshome. I ordered a product from them which I saw advertised on Facebook and it never turned up. Three months later after many emails to them still nothing and not a single reply.

Same as earlier post, shows a two inch paint brush spreading product genuinely quite thick when in fact they sent a 100 g pot when I ordered and paid for a 300g.

Do not use this customer who give the impression they are based in the U.K. when in fact they are in China which accounts for the excessive delivery time of 15-16 days.

I ordered 2 things,on the 3rd september .emailed them 3 times and still no reply.very angry.I've even ask for refund as I paid via PayPal and still nothing.

Ordered a wireless phone charger as other reviewer below. It only holds one phone, doesn't fit the iPhone I specified and emailed them but no response.

Ordered an item 10 days ago. Had email to say order is on the way. I have tried to contact them and each time the email will not send. No phone number or contact details. I think they are Rogues
They don’t even deserve 1 star.

They have had my order since August and paid in full I have received nothing they keep saying it’s getting cleared at the customs and nothing has been delivered been in touch numerous times they say be patient where is my order

Ordered a wireless phone charger. Went through paypal didnt realised they were based in china when checked paypal theyed taken payment for second one immediately emailed and asked them to cancel the second one. Which they didnt fter almost 4 weeks ive just received one but still been charged for two tried contacting them and tried to cancel the payment through paypal who are telling me to contact the seller and on top of all that the thing ive paid £20 for thats supposed to charge the phone in 10 minutes is just really a glorified phone holder that needs plugging in and takes longer than its usual cable and only works with one phone so complete waste of money.

Very poor service!! Don't trust them guys

I ordered ceramic tile repair paste, 30 grams ( tub) . I ordered and paid for two thinking 60grms would do the job.
My two pots / tubs have arrived and what a con. Each pot is only 15 grams!

My first (no received yet)and will be my last from a pathetic company that dont acknowledge there customers time to contact bbcwatchdog and plaster this bad company all over twitter and Facebook so they can't do this to others

There is a particular image/images from a ‘best seller’ product via an independent seller on Etsy and this company are using this on their website under the pretence that they are selling the item.
There is no way they can sell this particular handmade in house product because the independent seller/maker only sells in store or on Etsy and never in bulk to a Chinese drop shipper! One of the images they are using is of a CHILD of a customer leaving a review on Etsy!
We’ve only been made aware of this today and find this product on various websites plus multiples for sale on both Amazon & eBay! As handmade in store, no way could the amount for sale be honoured.
For that reason I’d suggest you avoid this website.

This company is absolutely disgusting to the customer who dares to complain!

The goods I ordered arrived at the wrong address and in a damaged condition.

Fanshome agreed I could return the damaged item at my expense to 🇨🇳 CHINA or keep the damaged goods and they would give me a 50% refund?

I have since tried to arrange for them to send me the item again in a new and undamaged condition but my request is falling on death ears.

They are totally ignoring my request!

I have launched a complaint with barclay visa card!

I received the item I ordered but it doesn't work. I have continually emailed them asking for a refund but never had any reply.
Annoyed that to leave a review you need to add in stars. It's not even worth 1 star.
Be very vary of this company.

I ordered an item that claimed to be a learning device ! It is not a learning device, it’s a piece of utter cheap tat. No instructions whatsoever. I emailed them over a month ago and have had no response from them at all. There is definitely a reason why 60% or more are only giving them 1 star. They are a despicable company. Sadly to post a review you have to give a star rating. Why can’t we give a zero star ? Scammers !
