Just to clarify for anyone reading, your order was placed, shipped via Emileps, and marked as delivered on May 9th to your Calgary address (T2A 6P1), as confirmed by tracking EM100054804108CA. Once we received your message, we replied personally and promptly, with detailed delivery info and photos showing the drop-off location.
We understand you no longer use your mailbox, but as a business, we can only go by what the delivery carrier confirms. That’s exactly why we send tracking updates: so customers can follow along and know where and when their item is delivered.
We're always here to help, but once a package is marked delivered, it’s out of our hands unless there’s an issue with the carrier, which we’re happy to guide you on. We hope you were able to retrieve your jersey!

This store is the best store I have dealt with so far and I hope their treatment remains this good. My order was supposed to arrive after 12 days but it arrived after 7 days and this is a great thing.
