Tried to upload a profile picture: froze. Tried to send a message: error. Re-logged in: got logged out again. Literally nothing worked. Deleted my account after 30 minutes.

Since may 19, I’ve been locked out of the site can’t login. Spoke to Susan or text Susan a couple of times to no avail still unable to login, the excuses is that there updating the site. This is ridiculous. I have points on the site that I purchased. They have my money, but I can’t LOG in because they’re updating the site so Susan says, but now Fanlychat is playing Houdini and I can’t even get a hold of nobody or at least they’re not responding back with any types of answer. It’s like they went into hibernation. This is not a joke. Give me my money back or let me get back into the site. Or is that too much to ask for? Please don’t text me that representative has spoken to me. It’s not a joke. Contact me. Call me. You have my cell number. And tell me what’s really going on or just give me my money back.

What’s going on with the website? It’s been down for several days already. Susan from customer service stated that she was going to send me a link for an updated version of the site and she disappeared. I’m really disappointed with this account. I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys just to be disappointed like this.
