Absolute Scam!! I ordered a Vampire Diaries hoodie for my wife on April 18th. It is now June 24th and I have had no updates about the shipping of my order. I have emailed them multiple times to find out what is going on and haven’t received any response. I will never order from this website again, it’s such a shame because the merch they have looks really nice.

scammers!! all the items they are selling are for triple what it actually is. seems like they’re buying it off aliexpress and selling it for triple on their website. disgusting. please people do your research before investing. the things people do now a days to make money.. unbelievable!

I bought a sweater for my daughter, but the package did not ship and I did not receive any information. I wrote to both contact email addresses listed on the site and I received a Mail Delivery Subsystem error message from both, neither email is working. I do not know how to reach them. Up till now it seems this is a scam site.

Hab zwei sachen bestellt einmal einen Hoody und ein T-Shirt, beide billigste Qualität, der Druck auf dem Hoody ist total versaut und das Shirt ging einigermaßen.
Habe mich dann da gemeldet und gesagt das ich nicht zufrieden bin, es wird nur ein Rabatt angeboten und Rücksendung ausgeschlossen. Viel Geld für Müll! Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Ordered a hoodie and a hoodie+sweatpants combo. I love the pants and the hoodies are okay (very thin material), but the sizing charts are totally wrong. The S hoodie was 5” (~12.5cm) smaller than the chart, the M in a different style was 3.5” (~9cm) smaller. Their return policy says that a deviation of 2cm is normal, but last time I checked 9 and 12 are much bigger than 2...

Love all of the designs available. I even wanted to reorder shirts and it was super easy. Good quality items and quick shipping

ho messo 1 ma dovrebbe essere zero premesse sono una persoma robusta sapendo che questi siti le taglie non sono tanto veritiere ho ordinato la massima delle taglie la 5xl (io vesto sempre 2xl) ieri mi errivata una piccolisima felpa con la zi di spayderman con nessuna etichetta che indicasse taglia nome della marca e composizione del tessuto nulla la provo è piccolissima al massimo è una taglia L allora contatto il supperto per il reso ma mi minacciano che non si può fareche loro hanno mandato il prodotto giusto , che non so come facciano a dimostrarlo e che il costo per il reso è elveto perchè la dovreirestuire in china

They don't deliver to the Bay Area at all. I tried at least ten addresses, and none of them worked. I also tried our old address in New York, and it didn't work. Do they even deliver to the USA?

Both items I ordered are high quality and I absolutely love! The prices were reasonable as well, which is nice. Both items were delivered fairly quickly and kept me very updated the whole time so I knew where my packages were and when they would arrive.

I love shopping from here! This site has many deals to choose from. They have great prices and so many new things added constantly.

Appalling experience.

Sizes run very small. I ordered three different items, two items came at different times, in separate deliveries and the third item still hasn't arrived after 3 months.

I will not be using Fandomion again.

Bought a jacket. Checked their sizing chart before ordering.
Jacket is about 2 sizes too small. Can't close the zipper or move my arms. Sizing is typical with Chinese vendors such as Aliexpress. Going back and forth with customer support. I wasn't offered 10%. Got offered 5%. I repeated to them that it was not my fault.

They offered me a refund, but have to pay return and clearance fees to China. At least with Ali they would refund me or the price is low enough I would just eat it.

This is Chinese based company fronting as an American company and over charging for cheap goods.

It's my second time to order in this apps and I don't find any issues, delivery time is good,and quality is good,I will order again for my 3rd batch 😊...

Top of the line quality products, the shirts' fabric materials are comfortable, and the prints on the shirts are good quality (full of colour and kept together). The shipping comes at a reasonable time and they're packaged quite nicely. I look forward to ordering more from them.

Everything was great with the order. It came when it was said to come. I like how they follow up and make sure everything was good with the product and everything. :)

Came very quickly and all in good condition! Service was incredible and the company were really sweet and helpful with any inquiries I had. As for the actually products they are all really good quality and look exactly like the images. All the measurements are correct. I ordered some Stray Kids merch and i love wearing it all now :)

I brought a tank with Taylor Swift pattern on last month, according to the photo showed on website, it's the tank which's thick strap. But at the result, it didn't match! It's a thin strap and the printed pattern was so blur when I received the product. I asked for sending the new one for me and they said "We have processed your order and will ship it out ASAP.". But I waited for a month and still didn't hear any news about that. I sent an email again and they said it's OUT OF STOCK!!!! And just kept asking me to exchange another item, ignoring that I asked for giving my money back! Never update the status on the shipment until I asked! It's unacceptable!!! I don't care it's out of stock or not! It's your responsibility that you promise to give me the new one and that's the deal! At the end, I exchanged a bracelet and needed me to pay the price difference as the it's more expensive than the tank and wanted me to understand!!! It doesn't make sense. You broke the promise and needed me to exchange the item by paying normal price?! But I waited for so long and just wanted to end it so I paid the price.

It's unacceptable on the service! Now I still see that item show on the website and never show it’s out of stock also.

Zipper in 3XL bestellt und in Größe M geliefert. Rücknahmepreis wird verweigert, mir wurden 20% Rabatt angeboten, was mir aber gar nix bringt, da das Teil nicht passt. Nie mehr wieder, empfehle ich keinem!
