Die von uns bezahlte Ware kam leider nie an. Wir haben den shop mehrfach schriftlich darüber informiert und jedesmal kam die Antwort sie würden sich darum kümmern. Die Sendenummer des Paketes die wir bekamen war die eines anderen Päckchens mit anderem Namen und anderer Adresse.

Total SCAM!!! Placed 2 orders on the same day, 3 months ago. Paid the extra few dollars for shipping guarantee, followed the "tracking" until it said "delivered"....NOT. I have a ring doorbell and work from home. Orders were NOT delivered. Found an e-mail and got same run around as other reviews have stated. Check side of house, ask neighbors, we'll check into it etc.. still nothing. I have had great luck with Temu and Shein, thought I'd try Fancygift. MISTAKE!!! Ordered a folding shoe stand from them. Got confirmation and tracking was all in Chinese writing couldn’t track due to this. Emailed the company who gave me tracking in English to find out it was delivered supposedly on a Sunday 16 days ago when trying to contact them again and no reply. Contacted my credit card company about fraudulent company and to dispute charges. Don’t order anything from their website because it’s a scam and customer support is nonexistent

Fabulous lotion, nice skin care products but overall far too expensive for how much you get it takes too long to ship to your house and then when there are shipping issues, (60% of the time there's a problem) they do not reimburse you in any way shape or form. It's the constant always having an excuse game that bothers me so. I love the lotion but as soon as I find something comparable I am done. 6.7 Oz for $50 is lunacy

Je ne l'ai jamais reçu et j'ai été prélevée de la somme, puis de trois autres. J'ai soit-disant payé pour un accès à leur programme de fidélité. Je ne connais même pas ce site. Depuis le 24 mars j'envoie un message chaque jour, auquel on me répond. J'ai demandé l'annulation de cette adhésion frauduleuse, j'ai pu récupérer 48 euros ils me doivent encore 11.95 euros; Je ne lache pas.

NUNCA enviaron nada. Se limitan a un correo de confirmación, a cobrarte lo que has pedido y nunca + se supo. Esta página es una estafa.
Si os fijais hay un chat, pero por el q NUNCA NADIE llega a responder. Tan sólo esto 1 vez, a raiz de solicitar información:

Lo peor, es que hay muchos anuncios de ellos por Instagram, y aunque ya he comunicado que es una estafa, Instagram dice "q cumplen con los requisitos para anunciarse"
