Filmora allowed me to edit some old family home movies from the 1960s and create clips that I can now show to family members.
For years I did not know how to edit video. Using Filmora in a few hours I was able to edit the videos.
For a beginner like me the program is perfect.

It was my fault!!
As a result of my own incompetence I managed to tangle up my latest update of Wondershare. Trying various 'solutions' of my own making, I made things worse. Got in touch with customer care and within minutes the problem was solved by a person of superlative courtesy and patience. I have been a big fan of Wondershare ever since I installed the then version some years ago. Folks, keep up the Good Work, the program gets better and better.

I invoke a wrong email address when I purchased V15 of the Unconverter. Since the email address is invalid, I cannot change it to a updated email address. The support team looked after the problem and resolved within a day with chant and a couple of emails. Three people are involved in the problem but it went so smoothly. Thanks for the support team.

Software Mill with Canned Message for “Helpline”
First off, got scammed by their fake “reviews” blogsite that purports to rate the top family protection software and of course they rate their own software as #1. Silly me should’ve checked their website, to confirm that they were just hawking their own wares.
Next up, I of course, I entered my credit card info for their free trial because I was in a hurry, and I just wanted something to try out to protect our home Internet. Next, I went to the Apple App Store to download the iphone app. They seem to have a good ratings on the surface, but looks can be deceiving since the ratings are for all versions of the apps. Apparently, a lot of the recent ratings are super low (as in 1 out of 5 stars). I decided that I wanted to back out and that’s where the fun began.
I went to the account and tried to cancel it. For some reason their website wasn’t allowing me to cancel at the time (yes I tried different browsers), and it was impossible for me to cancel it. Since they had a bunch of different software types, and a nice, orderly website, I assumed that they were a responsive, helpful company, but found that they were only helpful unless I wanted to wnd the relationship. I called them (multiple times) and the Famisafe dept. just goes to a voicemail that says that no one is available. Seems a little sketchyl. I next sent them a request via their built-in help to cancel my trial, and requested that they not to bill me. Did not get a response right away and I got busy with my own life, assuming that they would be working on it. A little while later I get an alert on my phone that I was billed for a full year of their unwanted service. Keep in mind that I’ve never actually used the service, and that I’ve sent an email and called multiple times to cancel it. I reached out to their help again and requested a refund and that they stop billing my card. Of course they route me to the page that didn’t work earlier asking me to cancel it myself, and completely ignored my request for a refund. Apparently their refund policy translated from legaleese can be summed up as “too bad”. Then I got multiple emails back from their “help” desk asking questions unrelated to “refund my money and stop fraudulently charging me after I notified you in writing to cease and desist billing me”. It confuses me how they put so much time and effort into “helping” but can’t see that robbing people that ask to not continue and not be billed is somehow ok? Literally they could lose thousands of customers through a bad review, but someone upstairs decided as a rule to not offer refunds basically ever. If you happen to also get taken advantage of, just report it right away to your credit card and dispute the fraudulent charge.
Also, I went to opendns.com and got a free “set and forget” option that uses AI to filter your internet for you at the router level. Sounds complicated, but basically you just enter in opendns’s ip address into your router and tick or untick the things you don’t want getting in (porn, gambling etc) and voila, much safer internet without the crazy hassle of these other guys. Just youtube opendns.com if you need step by step directions and use great caution with this outfit.

Having an old Macbook Pro which works best with OSX Mountain Lion I wanted a DMG version that works with that OS version. Never got an answer.
Also bad is that they don't offer older versions in an Download area.
So clearly Famisafe is not the product for us.

Great support and assistance received while I was trying to recover my Filmora version. After a computer reset I was not able to retrieve my license number and the support team was really quick and helpful.
On top of it, I upgraded to the latest version which is just great. Thanks for the quality products and services.

Logiciel Filmora très bon et SAV au top
Filmora est un logiciel impeccable avec mises à jour annuelles ajoutant de belles fonctionnalités et plus de l'ergonomie. L'éditeur a lui-même communiqué une erreur dans les paiements (mise à jour payante qui devait être gratuite pour certains cas dont le mien) et a traité ma demande très rapidement sur un remboursement. I contacted the support service to upgrade the version of the software on my Mac, as the direct link was not working out fine.
