Positive reviews are not real
This company is an absolute scam. You don't get anything close to what you pay for.
Here's the setup:
You have to pay $160 ($120 one-time fee + $40/mo recurring) to initiate what they tell you are their services. Then, after they've got you hooked, they tell you they can give you the free option or the $1,300 option. The free option is they find your court documents online and show you where to find them, don't help you fill them out or submit them and you get no legal representation. That's $160 (so far) to google for you. The $1,300 option (pushed with pressure sales tactics) is they'll take MONTHS to procure a few pages worth of a word document that a highschooler could have made by following a template that they googled. You still get no legal representation, you're made to submit the very basic documents by yourself and you represent yourself.
When I asked the Senior Manager about legal representation, he recommended that I search my local area for legal representation... after I'm already $1,500+ in to these guys for what I thought was supposed to be legal help.
Then, just in case I wasn't sure this company was made to scam naïve fathers grasping for hope in their most difficult times, the $120/month recurring charge kept going for FOUR MONTHS before I realized they were still charging me after I 100% got verbal confirmation from Jeff Lightbody, the Senior Case Manager, that my subscription would end now that I finally got my document from them.
They lied to me after taking way too long to provide a subpar service for way way too much money. Then, when I called to tell them I wasn't supposed to have been charged for those past 4 months, they told me they would review the call to confirm I'd cancelled my subscription and get back to me within 4 days. Never heard back. Never got my extra $160 refunded.
Absolute fraudsters. Should be ashamed of themselves for preying on people.
