I really like the design choices offered by Falcon Embroidery and their sales are really great. On a retired income I shop carefully.

Love your patterns. They are fun and easy to read and make. Everyone loves them. The quality is great. 98% love.

I sent an image to be made into a JEF file. I am fairly new to embroidery and far to long in the tooth to start digitising myself. I paid just short of £20 once converted for a large and small file. After initially not being happy with the small test one, we eventually got it right. Maybe my inexperience and lack of terminology didn't help but my contact did the best they could with my instructions. I eventually stitched onto a fabric and made a patch as the work wear was too thick and bulky to hoop properly. This was probably my first mistake. My grandson is pleased with the result as it is for his new apprenticeship work wear and now feels blended in with the rest of the workforce. I would use Falcon again but next time I would test stitch on a plain suitable fabric.

I am very pleased with the customer support that this company gives. I have had trouble with my computer so I have not been able to always remember if I have purchased and/or downloaded the designs and the company has always checked and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I have not yet been able to stitch out my designs due to family problems but I am looking forward to doing so soon....

I am back again with another review! I have had more items digitized by Falcon and with a very difficult design with many revisions needed as the "vision" of the design changed. They quickly made the changes requested and helped bring a customer a product that they have dreamed of having for many years. I have also recently used several designs available on their website. Those designs have stitched out great, with wonderful color combinations. They are very conscious about the density of designs while making sure that they have great definition and color, which keeps the design lighter weight and easier to stitch out. I am a very happy repeat customer, as the prices for custom digitizing and designs available on the site help keep the cost down for the customers!

I contact the company to get a logo converted and she was very communicative and worked from initial conversation to final product which took 2 days to make sure our needs were met. I was shocked because it was actually Christmas time.
