Ordered tooth brush heads 2 months ago, never arrived. Emailed them three times, nothing. Website is convenially under maintenance for months. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Basically a scam took payment, no further emails and never replied to me. Goods never received. Do not use.

I purchase a Fairywil white water piks model with in-built lithuim battery some 15 months ago
The recharge port for the battery is located within the main handset with 2 pin outlet which accepts their dedicated connector and terminated with USB connector.

The 2 pin connector has completely failed, the battery is totally flat and the lead being fullycustomised to the brand unable to to recharge or purchase replacement. Very poor quality

One star is too much fir this very poor company, I ordered 2 Sonic toothbrushes for Xmas presents in October 2024, having had two toothbrushes previously! And weren’t delivered I sent numerous emails asking for an update on the order, I did receive one response who stated they had had problems with their ordering system and they would be dispatched the next day! And they still haven’t arrived! DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS VERY POOR COMPANY!

I would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered a new toothbrush on 11th June with 3-5 days shipping. I have not received the product on 5th July and, in spite of two messages to them, I have heard nothing. I will contact trading standards to try and get my money back but not hopeful. Zero customer service.

I tried the Fairywill Water Flosser. I found it messy and I prefer to use interdental sticks when not at home and interdental brushes and string-floss in my bathroom. They just don't live up the hype. Having said that, I have no reason to think other water-flossers are more practical. And is the water pressure and they produce that much better than what people can produce by forcefully swilling water or a mixtue of water and toothpaste?

But I have had very good experiences with Fairywill toothbruses over the last six years. My wife and use the same device at least twice a day and while they don't last forever (about two years) they are very good value for money being a fraction of the price of competitors. (I have just bought one for £8.)

Moreover, the brushes last a very long time so we have never had to buy more than what came with the machines.

I have never dealt directly with Fairywill, only with vendors of their products so I have nothing to add regarding communications with the manufacturer.

I ordered replacement heads for my toothbrush and two weeks went by with nothing, though they promise 3-5 days delivery time. I've emailed them twice to no avail and there seems to be no way to get a refund through their site. I'll have to now go to my bank to charge back the money Fairywill owes me for undelivered product.
Awful company, I'll be buying a new electric toothbrush from an actual reputable brand.

It is hard to believe that a company behaves like this these days. The email address their website gives for returns does not exist. There is no telephone number or web chat. There is just one generic email address and as others have said here no-one ever replies to it. I ordered a toothbrush, they took the money but the toothbrush never arrived. In the end I had to claim the money back from my bank through a charge back request. Dealing with these people is like staring into a black hole!

Ordered replacement tooth brushes on 4th Feb.2025 , still not arrived, emailed loads of times - NO RESPONSE. Useless company will never use them again, not even worthy of a 1 star.

Avoid this company,my water flosser stopped working within 6 months, contacted them multiple times by email and on ebay and they just don't reply so your 12 month warranty is useless, rubbish company and product avoid!!

Got complete kit on ebay and the flosser will not recharge. The battery almost caught fire. Tried to write to their customer service to both the ebay company and the main company. No response from either. Junk do not waste your time. It's a shame because I like how it worked. Now I guess it will only be a matter of time before the toothbrush quits. Stay away. Chinese Junk

Purchased toothbrushes from them having loved xiaomi smartphones I’ve bought in the past. These toothbrushes break down and there is no warranty or customer care. A rip off. Don’t be hoodwinked. Avoid.

Bought a Fairywill sonic toothbrush, failed just after 6 months. Useless product, seller ignores emails, Fairywill one year guarantee is non-existent as they too ignore emails. They need banning from the face of the earth.

Complete waste of money. Avoid buying their products. My waterflosser came with an year warranty but it only lasted couple of months. I contacted their email address numerous times but didn't get any response. Non existent customer service. What's the point of offering warranty if customers can't claim for faulty product. Complete scam. I wish I could give 0 star.

Can't unfortunately give them zero. Hopeless product, lasts about 6 months. Customer service as mentioned on here near non existent & when you do get a response it's hopeless. Got mine through ebay, Fairywill have somehow managed to delete it from my purchase history. It's still registered on paypal. Ebay now looking to investigate this company witha view to suspension of account. About time, being involved with this scam of a company will definitely not enhance your reputation. If you are thinking of buying one of their products can I suggest you just flush your cash down the khazi & save yourself a lot of grief...

I bought a Fairywill Sonic Toothbrush off e-bay which I enjoyed using - BUT it lasted approximately 2 months before going dead. The seller replaced it for me but the exact same thing happened again after 6-8 weeks! This time I contacted Fairywill 'direct' from their website. I gave them a full description of the recurrent faults, dates and usage but I received zero response. I left it a few weeks to give them time, then repeated my ask for assistance stating this was the second time of asking and copied the first contact message. Again - No Response! They are OBVIOUSLY a tin-pot sub standard outfit peddling very poor quality, cheaply made Chinese product which is not fit for purpose and unreliable. In my opinion they should not be allowed to trade in the UK market - or any other for that matter! My advice: DO NOT Buy a Fairywill Sonic Toothbrush as they are a complete waste of money!

Electric water flosser stopped working after 6 months. Not switching on at all. Seems like manny people had same problem and no response from company. I will Never buy anything of this brand again. Avoid

Toothbrush stopped working after a couple months. Contacted fairywill via email and was assured that a replacement would be sent. 3 months and many emails later I still haven’t received the replacement.
If you are considering buying from fairywill then I seriously advise you not to. They are useless. So many people have had the same experience.

If you think you might need to return a Fairywill product, then buy it elsewhere because their customer service is essentially nonexistent. The phone number listed on their website is out of service (or at least unable to receive calls due to a full mailbox?). Attempting to email is a waste of time due to extremely limited English as well as the big difference in time zones between the US and China. And that's if you get a response at all. With the fact that prices are cheaper if you buy elsewhere, then why would you even consider Fairywill.com? I know I won't again.
