Fairweathersplantshop Recenzje

I phoned Fairweather's at Beaulieu Hampshire and spoke to Lucy with regards to sending a Anniversary Rose to my daughter & son-in-law who lived near-by. Lucy was very helpful and arranged the delivery within a few days which left my daughter & son-in-law very happy with their gift so well done Fairweathers!

After a previously good buying experience with Fairweathers I decided to buy an Agapanthus Arctic Star from them. This time I was rather disappointed with the quality of the plant I received. It was crammed into a tiny box, had yellowing, limp leaves and was completely bone dry.

UPDATE: Fairweathers asked me to provide photos of the plant and have now kindly agreed to send me a replacement plant. Very happy with the speed of their response and the outcome: star rating amended as a result.

efficient and quick response and the plants arrived beautifully packed

Excellent communication. Kept up to date at all times.
Quick delivery. Well packed.
Plants were very heathy looking.
Would definitely use again.
Many thanks

Healthy, uniform and bushy plants. Plastic free packing. Good updates on delivery. Very happy with my order. I will definitely use Fairweathers again.

Superb plants well packed.

Super service the lady I spoke with could not be more helpful the plants were far better than I anticipated. Overall A great experience thankyou

Very good experience overall.
Happy experience with the lovely plant looking forward to seeing to flowers in summer.

Quality Agapanthus plants which were well packaged for delivery. Have purchased from Fairweathers previously and would recommend this company to others

Easy to order and plants arrived in good condition. Planted as soon as they arrived and are all doing well despite the wind and the rain!

The plants were in good condition on arrival but some of the Agapanthus leaves turned yellow very quickly which must have been caused by travelling in hot weather

Great quality plants at a reasonable price. Delivered on time

When the plant shop didn't have exactly what I wanted Vanessa as very helptful and offered alternatives. Unfortunately the delivery firm were hopeless and claimed they couldn't find the house. Vanessa was again very helpful and the plants were delivered the following day. They were well planted and healthy. Top marks all round.

Well packed, excellent plants - very pleased!

All round good service.
Plants packed well, good to see old newspapers used as padding.
I was impressed by the size of the plants and roots system, with other suppliers can be small plugs.
I brought my plants on offer and would definitely order from again.

The plants arrived well packaged & was very healthy so pleased was a great service

Very helpful and kept informed by email and a phone call. Plants were all good and healthy and already making the garden look beautiful with some added colour.
