Wanted to return a pair of gloves.They do not answer any mail.On the internet site they claim they have a return policy.....Not....does not work.I am never going to buy something from them any more....shit company...

I ordered Muay Thai equipment to Germany. The delivery itself was fine, but if you need to exchange something, you will never be able to reach someone.

I sent around ten emails over the past two months regarding an exchange of a shorts and never received a single response. The package contained no return instructions at all — only a note saying to “reach out to customer service” which does not seem to exist in practice.

Very disappointing experience. Luckily, there are plenty of other Muay Thai brands that take customer service seriously.

If you're in Canada, be aware that your order will cost you 35% more than the price you paid because of custom's fees and DHL handling.

Can't even make a simple return. Emails are unanswered. Their live chat ghosted me after a few messages which I thought was getting somewhere. If you insist on Fairtex, don't buy from the official website, their customer service is 0. Buy from a third party retailer instead. I will be buying another brand from now on.

I bought online a gloves. Paid. Then I received an email saying that I havr to pay almost the same value than the gloves for taxes in my country. If I dont pay, I wont receive the gloves and will lost the money paid for the gloves. They never alert about taxes not i cluided in the price S CA M

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered medium-size gloves and vest but evidently Thai sizes bear no resemblance to UK sizes. Emailed them about an exchange countless times over several months but only ever received one unhelpful reply.
Stay away.

Missed the sale because customer support decided to not reply to my emails and the "live chat" didn't work for the entirety of friday, sat and sunday. Ended up not buying what I needed because I was unsure of the sizing and return policy is so bad it's virtually non-existent so I had to be sure before purchasing. Since there was no customer support, couldn't get the answers I needed so ended up empty handed.

I received my order but it was the wrong size. I then proceeded to ask for an exchange of size / refund but received no answer, even after follow-ups. I had to re-buy a second item (correct size), since it's a present. They still have not answered my request and shipment costs almost doubled in the last 10 days.
Never buying anything here anymore.

Big scam dont buy from here i order a couple weeks ago and they cant find my order on the msg icon, also its not a live chat. Save your money and time buy from the country you reside

Do not order off this website if you can help it. Use an independent outlet store

I ordered the Fiore premium boxing gloves from this “official website” in 14oz as a treat for myself. I’ve had Fairtex gloves before, and couldn’t wait to use them. Got them out the box, and they felt cheap and light for a 14oz , but thought nothing of it. I checked the padding , and it was fine.

I wore these for the first time to my sparring class, and to start with, I had to prove to my coach they were 14oz( he was absolutely convinced they weren’t, and even questioned the authenticity of the glove). Once I was actually allowed to spar after showing him they said 14oz, I did 3 rounds. My knuckles became extremely sore and couldn’t figure out why, so I had to step out and ask my coach to help. He felt the glove, and found a massive split straight up the middle of the padding across the knuckles, after only 3 rounds!

When I got home, I weighed these gloves out of curiosity, and would you believe it - only 12.6 Oz! So much for a premium glove. I fully believe that even though this is the linked website on Fairtex social media- that it’s fake. I have never known quality so awful. And to top it off, I cannot get any correspondence out of them. So not only have I lost my money that I paid for my class, I’ve also lost my money on a misrepresented and faulty “premium “glove.

What a terrible website the official Fairtex website is. The goods they deliver seem fake. I bought official Glory gloves, and after only 2 months, the paint has completely peeled off these €120 gloves. Of course, they don’t respond to complaints and hide behind “maintenance.” The gloves were only cleaned with water and dried with a dry cloth. I don’t even think they’re made of real leather.
