The support by the fairling-team was very helpful and friendly. They took enough time to guide me through the setup of my profile and advertisment.
I have just started so I cannot give feedback to the actual performance. So far I am very satisfied with the platform.

I've been very pleased with the service so far. It's very easy and intuitive, and still, they make sure you get everything right and support you inside their platform. Also, the calls and their booking system is quite easy. I'm really looking forward to getting great results and sales from other shop owners. Thanks Fairling! :)

Back in February I cancelled my subscription by asking for a full refund. The service was complete useless to us, so it didn't make sense to continue. Fairling refused to do so, and I kindly agreed to a partial refund. Hereby I thought relationship with Fairling was over.

However, in August on a Saturday evening I suddenly received 4 invoices and my credit card was charged. I couldn't do anything else but blocking my credit card. Being on a weekend trip with that card as my only means of payment, of course it was a major inconvenience Fairling had put me in.

Afterwards I had to complain again and again to get a refund. I cannot in any way recommend Fairling. It is a poor service, but their customer service is a disaster.

Very useful experience. Fast, knowlegable. Useful reminders, in depth feedback on calls. Aditional value in seeing how other brands build themself. And seems also to be efficient, already got some retails interest. All in all great and we are thankfull to be part of Fairling community.

Fairling 'machinery' is up-to-date, helpful, efficient and fast. Their frequent E-mail reminders help you not to forget anything and force you to work on your profile the way you're supposed to. My onboarding assistant via phone was direct, honest & full of nice suggestions. Compliments ! :)

I believe Fairling have a great custom service team who are always getting in touch and helping you improve your profile to be the best it can be. They are nice and offer some good advise.

I'm new at Fairling and the support I got was detailed and helpful. I like all the options to select shops that match to my brand. Fairling is a great opportunity to sell my products on a european basis.
