Very good onboarding process from the…

Very good onboarding process from the initial call and all welcoming and clarifying phase to the setup call in order to kick of the process.
It has some key whole tools though that are not yet available but they ensure they will take it into consideration soon.

Love it

Chantal gave me a great onboarding and told me about the company and the thoughts behind it. Antonia made also a great onboarding for the advertisements. All in all it´s easy to handle and I´m looking foward to the future with Fairling

Commitment and personal service

My journey with Fairling has just started. I must say that I am very impressed with their commitment and personal service so far. You get a feeling that it is important for their coworkers that you will succeed. I especially like that they have a kind of realistic plan for the sale to the shops.
I also like that they have a lot of written material that is very helpful.

onboarding call with Susana

I'm a new user of Fairling. Today I had my onboarding call with Susana. She, as well all the other customer support memebers I had a contact with, was very helpful. She was patient, very precise in her answers, I could feel her engagement and support. She gave me tips, guides and answered all my questions. She showed her involvment and care to make me prepared for best possible start on the platform. She is business and client oriented.

Very professional approach!

I have a terrible experience, total waste of money

Had a great experience until I signed up. No customer support or account development. No one customer approach to our brand, and they auto renewal, having been sold a trial period only!!! No customer service or ability to speak to someone without chasing.

Must admit that Fairling team is one of…

Must admit that Fairling team is one of the most helpful support teams I have ever experienced professionally and individually. Very clear and quick in response. In terms of the platform itself, we have just started using it but it seems to be user friendly and catchy. A subscription fee is not the smallest one, especially for small brands, but possibility to connect with a huge number of European stores gives you a feeling that this might return.
