The part came broken even tough I warned for good packaging. Packaging was not good and it came broken.

Very poor customer service, no commmunication!!

Website showed in stock, purchase confirmation email indicated 4-6 weeks, no communication from the team to say the item would be late, currently 9 weeks and I still have not received the items.

Had the part that I needed available quickly (few days) which was amazing considering I was expectin6/8 weeks. Came very well packaged and quickly. Parts now fitted. Thanks a lot

Website is far from easy to identify what you are looking for but email them and they are first rate: knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in sending anything you your order.

Needed a new gas strut for the wet bar lid on our Targa 44. Sent an email in the morning, had it ordered before lunch, and received the new strut a few days later.
Brilliant service!

The blind we ordered was no longer available, we were contacted straight away and an alternative was chosen.
It arrived within a couple of days by courier, excellent service.

We have had with Fairline several experiences of managing our orders well. They handle setbacks (such as your package getting lost at the shipping company) very professionally and are ready to help you.

Delivery 8 weeks from order and payments is not ok and another 3 days in Custom

Support and parts department are alway helpful and timely!

Always thurrow and helpful, and assistance offered if possible. The staff always give 100% so they are my preference when I need parts.
