Great communication and very knowledgeable, making a very easy process

Fantastic service received. No pressure to book. Found us a great deal on our recent trip to Mexico. My wife is very indecisive and John was super patient with her constant questions and mind changes. Will always now choose to chat with John to book our holidays. We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
