I am skeptical about contacting customer service with any internet based company. The chances of getting an astute reply are about 50% & you’re more likely to receive condescending directions to look at their FAQ.

However my experience with Fair Art was exemplary. Lucy replied promptly to my questions with very clear answers.

(My order arrived quickly & very soundly packaged).

When I queried the availability of another artist, Lucy added her to the Fair Art database.

We were a bit anxious about trying Fairart at first, as we were unfamiliar with them. However, we read up on them and they sounded genuine, so we tried purchasing with them.
