Retract my review of Fair.inc

On Friday I completed a very complex form for car finance with Fair.inc. with all my personal information.

I wrote a rather scathing review as I was somewhat upset that I had not received an acknowledgment from them & had tried to contact them on several occasions success!

Well today all my concerns & worries have been all resolved by the lovely Perry - the Manager.

I was contacted this morning with a call that I missed & received an email from them.
Perry then called me again and he has resolved all of my worries and concerns.
My personal data is secure and they are a cosha company registered with the FCA.
Perry also informed me that I had been sent an email on Friday to confirm!

I said that I had not received so that was the reason for me trying to call several times - with no success - on Friday afternoon.

But had I looked in my Junk file I would have found all the information with their terms and conditions had been acknowledged by Fair.inc.!

I hadn’t realised that this had happened until Perry told me & then when I found it I promptly deleted it!

So all my concerns about my data protection being used inappropriately are all completely unfounded.

I had a really long chat with Perry who will resend the terms & conditions - I’m more than happy with them as they are a cosha company.

I think we live in a world with so many scams that the assurance from Perry was amazing so I’ve no hesitation in them handling my case.

It’s no win no fee.

Awful!!! AVOID

Awful! Nobody answers calls or emails sent!! Left several voicemails now also
Not sure company is legit.
Have had to make contact with ombudsman for support!
Would NOT recommend

Submitted claim in Jan it is now June…

Submitted claim in Jan it is now June so I called for an update on status of my claim. Female who answered phone advised that she would get a supervisor to call me back. She did not ask my name, claim ref no,etc but I did give her my telephone number. I am not sure that Fair Inc is a legitimate company.

I recommend Fair Claims

My experience with Fair Claims has been excellent. There are no complicated processes. With the information I gave them they did all the research and now I am looking forward to receiving my pay out later. I strongly recommend Fair Claims to anyone seeking compensation relating to car finance.

Reassuring call from Perry that Fair is a legitimate company

After signing up for Fair to negotiate my claim I tried to cancel as I wasn't sure that it was a legit company. However they did not respond to my cancelation email straight away but after a few days I had a call from Perry who went through the process and reassured me that all was well. He was very thorough and put my mind at ease, so my claim is now going ahead.

Easy forms to complete

Easy forms to complete. ID video was a little awkward, took several attempts to complete. Although I have been told I have a legitimate claim, I have not been told what percentage fee I will have to pay if my claim is successful?

Very helpful company

NO UNSUBSCRIBE SECTION TO STOP THE EMAILS.ails sent to…

Do not answer emails sent to their claims email address
yet keep bombarding me with emails to sign.
I do not want to sign anything, I, like many others filled in the info to try and find out if we had any finance only, then we could decide if we wanted to proceed.
None of their emails have any sort of "UNSUBSCRIBE" section.
IN REPLY THE THEIR RESPONSE,
At no time did I agree to anything on your site as you required a signature and I was not prepared to leave one.

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our email communications. I have investigated this for you and outlined my findings below.

You entered your details on our website and agreed to our Privacy Policy on Saturday 1st March 2025. We then received two emails from you - the first was received on Saturday 1st March 2025 at 14:29, and the second was received on Sunday 2nd March at 20:32. You then spoke with one of our agents on Tuesday 4th March 2025 who closed your account as per your request, and sent you an email to confirm this.

We do understand that it can be frustrating when waiting for a reply, however, I would like to clarify that our business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, and we aim to respond to customer emails within 3-5 working days. Please also note that the messages we sent to you are not marketing, which is why there is no unsubscribe button. As displayed to you on our website, we had carried out a further search for you, for which we needed you to sign our documentation and therefore our contact was as part of our service to you.

I would like to assure you that as a responsible Claims Management Company who has been helping customers since 2008, we utilise external compliance support to ensure we are operating in line with the relevant rules and guidance issued by our regulator, as well as other relevant law and regulations.

My experience with Fair has been very…

My experience with Fair has been very smooth so far. I have only completed the initial steps to start my claim, and the process has been seamless. I was promptly updated upon providing my ID, and my claim is now in progress. So far, Fair has been efficient and professional, and I appreciate the clear communication. I hope the process continues to go well and that they keep me updated on the progress. I will return to update my experience later, but overall, I'm very satisfied with their service so far.
