Faerly Recenzje

I have to give 5 stars for the customer service received. My order had a mix-up with one of the products in it. I emailed about it and because I live local-ish to the company base, they dropped the correct product to me and collected the incorrect one, no effort required on my part. I also love the range and quality of the products on offer too.

Fast delivery and quality products. This is a great small Irish business. I’ve ordered from Faerly a number of times now and I’m always happy with my products. They plant a tree for every sale too which is an added bonus!

Easy to use website, great communication and fast delivery. The personal note and little chocolate were a lovely touch!

My throws order arrived today and both items are beautiful, thank you. Exactly as described on the website & excellent value and service from Faerly..thank you also for the little card & chocolate!

Great customer service. Customer informed along every step. Got a lovely thank card and a delicious chocolate to top it all off. Also love that they support Irish suppliers.

Will definitely be shopping with Faerly again.

Thought this company looked positive in its vibe from the outset. Learned through customer support for my buying error, that it's true. Will use again.

Great selection of products. Ordering was very easy via the website. One item was not available as described but a suitable alternative was suggested promptly and the substitution made seamlessly. Products arrived extremely quickly, no issues and packaged well. Would definitely recommend this website. Will use again.

I was so delighted to receive the mobile for my son. It is beautifully crafted and arrived quickly. I like the fact that it's sustainably sourced also.

Great products and fast delivery, made 2 orders and both times it was a very positive experience!

Super turnaround. Nicely packaged. Personal touch. Excellent all round. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found the same Keep Cup that I’ve been using for the past 8 years.
There are loads of types around, this one is perfect.
I replaced it because the seal was eventually leaking. Expected after years going through the dishwasher and thousands times being used.
Quick delivery, happy with the price as it’s a quality, glass cup, last for years & always to sip my coffee from it !

Excellent product and great delivery service. Many thanks!

Order was handled very quickly and efficiently. The packaging was eco-friendly and the product worked as advertised.

I needed a sunscreen for my daughter as she had an allergic reaction to all those we tried before - and I needed it quickly as we were going on holiday in a super warm weather. I contacted the company - as advised on their website - to say that I needed a super quick delivery. They answered instantly to say no problem and also suggested a more suitable version of the sunscreen and offered to replace the one originally ordered. The next day I had the cream, I was super happy. To make things perfect, the kid has zero allergic reactions to the sunscreen and it protected her really well in that weather.
The communication with the company was as if I was in a brick and mortar store, personal, fast and super friendly.
Will definitely use Faerly for my shopping from now on.

So pleased to find Faerly - their product range is fantastic and is all local suppliers; their customer service is exceptional and you can tell they put a lot of love into their business. 100% will order from them anytime I’m sending gifts in Ireland.

A huge range of great quality eco products. Ordering was easy and the goods arrived very promptly and beautifully packaged. Would highly recommend!
