Very bad Host, waste of your money

Terrible server host, I've spent a lot of money, time and effort sorting my server out and an 'experienced dev' had managed to wipe my server clean, my rust map was wiped, "sorry sorry here's $20 credit for your troubles" just my luck.

Just read all the reviews, very strange seeing the one 5 star review named Dylan Bradley, he is apart of the 'Dev' team. I had double checked it is him from a ticket he had helped me with.. how embarrassing.

Disgusting service, Cancelled server 8 months ago and continually charge the card. Contacting bank about it

I worked with Matt Murphy from Faded, he was really nice in setting me up. Little did I know that their servers are all antiquated and what they claimed to be "NVME" drives had speeds of an HDD in my benchmarks. I cancelled my service and had to chase him down for weeks to do so. For the next 3 months after I cancelled my service, Faded Servers keeps charging me. These people, and Matt, are absolute flakes who will seldom respond. Matt will never ever reply to you unless you publicly embarrass him like I did by posting my weeks' worth of hopeless attempts to get in touch with him. These are bitter people who are trying to hopefully pull a fast one on you if you're someone who doesn't pay attention.

Please avoid this company.

Ordered a server and it went up. less than 24hrs later there were problems and it took too long to fix. NEVER AGAIN with these incompetent fools

The hosting itself is fine and I haven't had many issues with lag but I haven't been able to get my server live for 4 days now because of an issue with their file permissions and I have not received a reply via their ticket system in their support page or via the email I sent. Terrible customer service.

Faded Servers is by far the most kind and amazing Server Host I have used thus far!

I have used other hosts such as: Game Servers, Streamline-Servers, Crident, Vultr, Mixml, and a few more.

I keep coming back to Faded Servers due to their ongoing support in trying to give me the perfect server and experience myself as a customer could have. Configuring servers to fit my need and also offering me support when ever I need it via the website or their DISCORD live chats.

First time I used Faded Servers was on a gmod game server when they first released their hosting company after the success of their Server Community and from that day I have had coupons and the best support when being a customer.

Even without coupons they are among the best quality for the price with competitors barely being better prices for the same quality.

But, what I am always interested in is the Dedicated Servers, these guys do Dedicated right, giving you full control, ability to add your own OS, or even configure. They never cease to amaze me with their flexibility and it is why to this day I keep going back to these guy.

I really do whole heartedly recommend their services to anyone in the market for powerful servers!
