Love, love, love. Love the facilities, love the staff, love the treatments and I love the results.

Let's start with the facilities. The facilities are STUNNING and the equipment is the latest on the market. There's no shopping centre level equipment here!

Next up - staff. The staff are AMAZING!! Everyone from the owners to the technicians, and the wonderful reception staff, I've never felt more comfortable and welcome. The staff are so knowledgeable, and most importantly, they're properly certified AND qualified!!!!

Lastly, the treatments. I've never ever walked out if Facelab without feeling fabulous. When I first started going here my skin was flakey, I had hyperpigmentation, my pores were open and no products ever seemed to work properly. My first session with Mira and 80% of my pigmentation was gone, flakey skin was gone, pores were demonstrably smaller and my complexion was so much brighter and glowing.

I've had plastic surgeons recommend specific treatments and it was the worst advice I could've been given. Mira knew those recommendations were wrong even before doing a test patch to check to see how my skin would react. I'm so glad I found Facelab before making a costly (and possibly permanent) mistake with my skin.

But what I love the most is that the team at Facelab will never allow you to be (1) overtreated and looking like a plastic factory, and (2) they will refuse treatments if they believe that treatment could cause you more harm than good. I appreciate this because it demonstrates they have your best interests at heart, as opposed to just taking your money.

Lastly, the accountability. The owners of Facelab stand behind their business, and they hold themselves and staff to high standards... and this shows in everything that Facelab does and represents. Even though COVID-19 has meant I've been without skin treatments for a while, I know one visit with Mira and Hillel will have me back on track like a pandemic never happened.

Didn’t know what to expect but I can honestly say that the staff listened to me on what my problem was and offered me several alternative items that would resolve my issues and gave me realistic expectations of what the procedures would achieve. All staff members were attentive and courteous Have no problems about going back

Facelab is a fantastic beauty clinic. I have been going there for sometime now. Being a more mature lady they have always been very respectful regarding what treatment I would like and have advising me in my decision. The staff are very helpful and guide me to my beauty needs. It is always a pleasure to attend the clinic.
