Ordered 5 packs of upvc cleaning wipes…
Ordered 5 packs of upvc cleaning wipes on 19th October, received an email informing items were ready to be shipped on 22nd October and to track with Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking stated that they were waiting for the package, paid £4.95 postage and packing. Emailed fabfinds today 1st November as no package has arrived only to be informed they cannot find my order. Inefficient and would never use this company again.

Apparently it's perfectly acceptable to gift it to someone like this. But if I want to return it it's at my costs.

Awful company. 3 to 5 days postage turned into 9 and still don't have my order and I'm being ignored on email. Bought said order for a gift, allowed extra time for postage delays, had to buy another gift from local shop as was needed next day, still no delivery, still no response to my emails

As for your reply blaming the courier, absolute rubbish, I've been in contact with Amazon Shipping throughout the whole process, you DID NOT tell them when to collect my order. How can they deliver an order when you didn't give them it.

We have replied to your messages and advised we was chasing this up with the courier. We got back to you today and advised the courier has delayed the order but they now have this out for delivery today. You have given no time for us to look into things with the courier, which despite your disagreements we did send it to them they unfortunately did not scan it straight away which is how your order got lost in the first place and also why the tracking looked like we still had this. As advised in the email please let us know if it is not delivered today. Have a nice day.

It appears you have given a different email to address to the one you contacted us on, I have given this in the email. This is where your confirmation email will have been sent to as well as tracking updates for your order. This is with Royal Mail and due to be delivered today within your shipping time frame.

Selling short dated rubbish
Shame you can not give Minus stars order arrived badly packed one bag ripped open I bag crushed between inner and outer box all bags ridiculously short dated less than 30 days on chocolates bought to give as Xmas presents wasted £35 on short dated rubbish should have just bought in the shops and got decent products.
Disgusting service.
Thanks for the nonchalant reply but banging a date on the end of a description is not clearly stating anything you are charging full price so why would I think that was an expiry or best before date.
Put clearer information there or stop selling short dated items for full price it's a rip off.

Still not dispatched 5 days after order was made
Made an order 5 days ago its still not even been dispatched despite the website saying I will receive in 3-5 working days. Needed the order for today so its useless to me now. Emailed customer service no response. Prices are good and good website just a shame about the dispatch issue.
