Disappointment turns to happy and all fixed. I originally posted the following message not expecting any response but i received a call from Ezydog. The lady i spoke to was extremely helpful and after sending her photos of the harness they are sending me a different style harness and have given me a partial refund. I would definitely recommend ezydog to anyone after a harness for their pet. Ezydog have been very professional, helpful and understanding. I t was a reluef to actually talk to a person. (While I measured and talked to your chat box who assured me the front adjustment would fit my dog it was to big allowing my dog to pull and the Velcro comes undone. Basically I feel that I thrown over $80 in the bin.)

I like to ask questions before placing an on line order. As is the case in the past, EzyDog employees are always quick to answer the phone and very happy to explain what products best suits me and my furry friend. It was even easy to place my order over the phone. I felt confident that what I was ordering was exactly what my dog needed. And it was. Products always of the highest quality and delivery within the week. Thanks again EzyDog.

The collar is lovely ,but to small unfortunately, I had already cut the tag off ,so have kept it .when I can afford it ,will buy another 1 size up

I had a ezy dog large dog halter with my 14 year old Boxer which lasted her lifetime which included lots of time at the beach.
Recently we adopted a small maltipoo and decided to go again with purchasing a small ezy dog mesh halter because of our previous experience.
We sent off for the Velcro dog name tags for his harnessand was so delighted to see they were not only Australian but Gold Coast based on the back of the envelope.

I two small beds along my backseat as my car dog beds.
I originally purchased them from a pet store and they came in a dark grey colour.
One of them was slightly chewed in the corner and I was so happy to see that I was able to buy a spare covers so I’ve upgraded the colour to Tan which is the same colour as my car seat seats so they look brand-new and now match the car 🤣 a great product easily washable and just the perfect size

The dog collar and lead are fantastic and reasonably priced.... the postage is quick!!!

Ezy dog is the only company who sells xs sized dog harnesses and jackets. This is the only place I can get products to fit my toy poodle chihuahua cross puppy. The products are well made and durable.
