EzyDog has been making dog gear from the Gold Coast since 1995. The business started with one product, the Cujo, the world's first shock-absorbing dog leash, built by founder Luke Hatcher from water ski rope and a shock cord in his garage. Thirty years later the range covers harnesses, leashes, collars, car restraints, lifejackets, beds, and outdoor gear. The engineering focus has not changed. Every product solves a specific problem: the Chest Plate Harness spreads load off the throat for dogs that pull; the Zero Shock leash absorbs sudden lunges so the walk stays comfortable; the DFD lifejacket keeps dogs visible and buoyant in the water. The gear is designed for Australian conditions and the people and dogs who use it here. Worth the money
This is our second double collar we've bought. We love the easy use and simplicity of the collar it is durable and long lasting. Our dog is always in and out of the water trough on the farm when working, wear and tear is inevitable but the collar is worth the price

Returns process too expensive
I measured my dog, ordered one harnes, didnt fit, exchanged for what your automated system reccommended, didnt fit (WAY too big), returned for refund. This whole process cost me $29 and I have no product. The returns are WAY too expensive, this system needs review. Will not buy online again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the returns process and understand how frustrating it is when the fit isn’t right.
Just to clarify, the return cost covers the label and postage of sending the harness back to us via Aus Post. Customers are also welcome to arrange their own return postage directly if they prefer.
The other additional cost during your exchange was the price difference between the original harness and the different, higher priced harness style selected as the replacement.
We do appreciate your feedback and are continuing to look at ways we can make our sizing information and returns process as clear as possible. If you have any further questions about this please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, they would be more than happy to help!

I love our EZY dog harness and the nameplate looks great. We picked up the harness at a pet store to ensure it was a good fit and then ordered the nameplates online. They came within a week. The printing is crisp and professional and now the elderly people in my mum‘s nursing home can remember his name. Thanks for making it all an easy process.

I had to replace my dogs harness as he…
I had to replace my dogs harness as he has worn his curent one out. Ordered online plus a few other items and found it very easy. Found what we needed no problem. Lots of options and excellent pricing. ( unfortunately I find the pet shops dont want to help and are not interested in trying) on line for me and love the Ezydog brand. Excellent products. Highly recomend ordering online.

The company was very helpful, as the PO took the parcel to their 24 hour boxes, which l have difficulty getting to.. new postman didn't leave it, as instructed.. it was taken care of by the company and was much appreciated..
The harness l brought is lovely and strong, fits nicely on my dog . and has already been used a few times as we go in our car most days.
