Banned Account on Arrival, Empty Promises, and Delayed Refund — Avoid Ezsmurfmart
I purchased a GTA account from Ezsmurfmart and received one that was already banned before I even logged in. They told me I’d get a replacement within 24 hours, but after 9 hours of radio silence, I decided I was done waiting and requested a full refund instead. That’s when the real problems began.
They suddenly acted like I was obligated to wait simply because I initially agreed to a replacement — as if their failure to deliver didn’t matter. I don’t owe patience to a seller who delivers a banned account. That trust was broken the second the product failed.
They then promised a refund within 12 hours. It’s been days. Nothing.
They even admitted that most of their stock had been banned — yet they’re still actively selling accounts. That alone should raise a red flag for anyone considering a purchase.
The entire experience was slow, frustrating, and full of excuses. I provided full proof of the ban, and instead of owning the mistake, they dragged it out and tried to deflect responsibility.
Bottom line: steer clear of Ezsmurfmart. If something goes wrong, don’t expect quick help or accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with another dime.
