e-zoomed Limited hat uns kurzfristig noch ein auf Maß konfektioniertes 20m 3 Phasen 22A Ladekabel vor Weihnachten geliefert.
Meine Anfrage habe ich kurz vor Weihnachten platziert und auch direkt eine Antwort und Zusage erhalten.
Wenige Tage später vor Weihnachten wurde das Ladekabel auch bereits geliefert.
Über die Tüte Gummibärchen im Karton haben sich unsere Kinder sehr gefreut.
Die Qualität des Grabes ist hervorragend. Bei weiterem Bedarf bestellen wir gerne wieder.

Friendly Customer Service
I placed an order for a 25m charging cable for my hybrid and within minutes i was greeted by the lovely Olivia who made my experience with E-Zoomed a great one. Olivia kept me up to date with the order and delivery and even rushed through my invoice for me. As i work in a customer facing role myself, it was nice to find a person in a company that was willing to make me feel at ease and i knew i was in good hands. The team at E-zoomed are on the ball and always communicated regular updates regarding my order. Even though I wasn't able to use the item i purchased because i came up against a legal issue with an installation of a charging point on my property, they were very understanding, i highly recommend them!

Great communication from Olivia & she was willing & able to adapt the product to my needs. From initial enquiry to the order being in my hands was a little over a week. And having used the bespoke charger/cable, it does everything it is supposed to do. Very happy indeed.
