I booked through the Eze-Flow website expecting to wait 2 days but Chris called steaight away and was at my home within an hour. The hot water issue was a mystery but Chris was patient and professional, finally determining the problem with a successful solution. I cannot recommend Chris enough, he was fantastic.

When we saw your online booking mentioned no hot water — in the middle of winter — we reshuffled the schedule to get to you that same day. Unfortunately what should’ve been a straightforward HWS replacement became more involved thanks to some previous poor workmanship. But we’re committed to maintaining the flow and made sure your new Rinnai gas instantaneous system was properly installed and running smoothly. You’ve now got an endless supply of reliable hot water!

It's not easy to find a plumber/gas-fitter who'll work on boats, most won't go near a marine environment. So I was relieved to find Chris was happy to do so and even came quite a way from his local area to fix a problem with my gas system (BBQ/hot water/stove & cooktop), then re-certify it to commercial-standard compliance.

Our gas hot water system started leaking on the Monday of the long weekend, and Chris managed to get to our place within the hour to sort out an interim measure with a small electric system. He came the next morning to install the new gas tank as well. His service was prompt and excellent.
