Easy to find the frames I was looking for on the website. My current pair broke and this will be a replacemt for the frames i already have. Good shipping options. Once frames arrive I will write a review about the whole process.

This was my second time ordering from Eyespecs. The first time was fine - nothing to rave about, but no issues. My daughter selected a similar frame to replace her last set as well as a completely different frame for a backup pair of glasses. Eyespecs has the Champion Lark frames described as plastic, but the arms that the rubber head band extend from are metal. My daughter has had two pairs of the Champion Guard frames that actually are plastic, as described. When I received the Champion Larks and realized they were not as described, I initiated a return. I had already shipped the glasses back before being informed I would not receive a full refund. I called to discuss and was offered no apology or recognition of the misleading specs. Eyespecs will only refund the frames, even though their description is incorrect. They tell me I should have been able to intuit from the pictures that the arms were metal. The plastic arms on the Champion Guard frames also look metal in the pictures, but I knew they were plastic from experience. I asked about cancelling the second pair, as they were still labeled "pending" on my account. They claim that the lenses have already been cut, so it is too late for a full refund, so I told them to just send the Champions back to me along with the backup set. Now I have been waiting for both pairs for another week. I have heard nothing more from Eyespecs except to hound me with requests for a review. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I’m very happy with the product quality and timeliness of the order process. However, the online try on picture depicted the glasses look much wider on my face than they are as shipped. I’ve only worn a couple times and I didn’t know if I’m stuck with them or if I can return them? I would like to get something that would complement my face better and felt a little misled from the disparity in sizes. As aforementioned. Thank you!

Terrible! Three and 1/2 months and no glasses.
Took almost 4 weeks to get original order to me . Put them on and Rx was off. I have the exact same pair (brand and style) with the same prescription from another facility and they work perfectly. Took the glasses they made to two separate optometrist who read the prescription on the lens and it did not match Rx that was sent to them .Called them and they said to send them back and they would fix them ASAP. They received the item February 6 and as of March 5th, they still don’t have an estimated ship date although they keep telling me lab time is 10 to 14 days which it’s already been. Now I’ve lost my benefit for 2025 for my glasses because of them. Asked them to refund me and they said they would have them in another 9 business days to ship out. Which is over 30 business days since they have received the glasses that were made wrong to start with. When I ask for a refund they play stupid and say “give us more time”.
To recap ordered mid December 2024- it’s now going into the second week of March and no glasses. They sure loved charging my credit card instantaneously though. Absolutely shameful and fraudulent way to do business. I would never recommend nor will ever use again.

A little confusing with ALL THE DIFFERANT lenes choices and that only certain options are available with certain lenes. But after 2-3 days of research I think that I got it right.

What a great find. They sell exclusive designer merchandise at very competitive prices. They offer options for shipping including free-shipping. My YSL Sunglasses arrived from NY to SoCal in a week. I chose the free service. UPS came through with flying colors, albeit slow, but free. Can’t beat that.

I really like my mew glasses for my collection 100% authentic with all accessories from factory included. Impeccably packaged. I am very happy with this transaction. They take FSA. (ON# 1139237174).

Fantastic! Started my career 5 years ago and buying from here. Since then I have gotten multiple of my loved ones to buy their shades from Eyespecs and I have not stopped either! The reasonable/working mans store for ACTUAL designer sunglasses.

Easy order process

I purchased Tiffany sunglasses. They arrived with fingerprints, lenses were dirty, the dust cloth and pamphlets weren't even in the case and the interior of the case is marked up. The box arrived in perfect condition so these were shipped this way. I guess I will eventually get a refund but nothing like loaning a company your money to send you something like this so you have to make a whole claim to get a refund eventually.

Buyer beware. I purchased glasses from them and later wanted to get custom lenses. When I returned the item, they claimed I tampered with the seal when I did not. They also claim policies that are not in place and try to push forced sales on you. I had to go back and forth multiple times before I finally got my return processed and cancelled the custom order I wanted to build.
I strongly advise anyone to video record the unboxing and return process, as this company is manipulative and will try to blame you for things you did not do.
I will never order from them again and will never refer a friend. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

UPDATE: In response to Eyespecs' reply - This is exactly why I mentioned you guys are manipulative. If you had not refunded me, I would have taken this beyond what you thought, because I recorded my return from when I packed it up until I taped the box. But when you shared the tag, it was already torn, which gave me suspicion about your company.
Asking for photos before completing a custom order is standard practice to ensure I receive what I paid for. That does not make me "undecided." It means I wanted confirmation before you proceeded with a non-refundable custom order. That is reasonable, especially given your company's history of blaming customers for things they did not do.
You did not "refuse" my order. I cancelled it after dealing with your manipulative accusations and poor customer service.
You can twist the story however you want, but I stand by my review. Buyers should beware.
