This is the second year in a row that I’ve ordered prescription eyeglasses from Eyeshells, and I just have to share that they are the most professional, courteous and helpful staff in their industry. Their glasses are the highest quality. Their selection is far greater than any optometrist office and their guidance in terms of helping you select proper size lens type, etc. is equal to any other licensed professional. Returns are easy and graciously fulfilled. I intend to always use them for my prescription eye glass needs.

Eyeshells and it's owner Mr Alex are probably one of the best site and people out there!!! There were the only ones who had the frames super cool and big enough enough for large head which is a big problem for everyone!!!! There it was the solution. Not to mention that they can help you with every detail that you want. Finally my head was free from tightness and the inflamattion has finally recovered. They have a section for extended fit, and a million other things as well!!! All was perfect!!! Thank you very much eyeshell!!!!

I don’t leave reviews very often, but EYESHELLS absolutely earned this one.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and ran into a small sizing issue. I was honestly expecting the typical back-and-forth that seems so common with online retailers these days, but their customer service completely exceeded my expectations. They responded incredibly quickly, treated me with genuine kindness and respect, and resolved my issue without any hassle. That level of customer service is becoming rare.

The glasses arrived in a reasonable amount of time, the prices were unbeatable, and the quality has been excellent. I spent quite a while comparing different online eyewear companies before purchasing because I’m a cautious buyer, and I’m very glad I chose EYESHELLS.

Excellent service, great value, and real personal care

I have purchased several pairs of glasses from Eyeshells and have been very pleased with the overall experience. Ordering glasses online can sometimes feel a little uncertain, especially when dealing with prescriptions, lens choices, frame sizes and measurements, but Eyeshells made the process clear and straightforward.

What stood out most was the personal attention I received from Alex, the owner. He clearly knows the eyewear business very well and took the time to make sure the details were right. His communication was helpful, honest and professional, which gave me confidence throughout the order process.

The glasses were good value, the service felt personal rather than transactional, and I appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was suitable for my needs. Based on my experience, Eyeshells provides a great customer experience, and I would happily use them again.

There was a small error made on my glasses that made them appear to be cheaper than they were supposed to be. Even though a small glitch in their system had charged me less than it should have, they honored the order anyway! Good company. Great customer service!

Excellent experience!

I was hesitant because I wasn't familiar with this company, but their customer service was incredibly responsive before during AND after my purchase so I gave it a shot.

Glasses are gorgeous and arrived faster than expected (considering that they're coming from China).

I ordered a $22 frame to test the basic lens as well as a pair of frames with polarized high index sunglass lenses.

A real person from Eyeshells messaged me as soon as I placed my order to review my request (it was somewhat atypical because I didn't want high index lenses even though I have a strong prescription-IYKYK).

It was very nice to hear from a real person who wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my order.

We agreed on next steps, and he continued to follow up with me through the process.

Both glasses were well made and arrived well packaged a little less than 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I consider this very good because although I paid a little extra for faster delivery, I also ordered a complicated custom lens.

This was a successful test ... now I'm going to order again!

Received a colourful well priced pair or round frames. Little did I know that round lenses can rotate in their frames which can seriously affect visibility depending on your prescription. My e-mails received extremely quick responses and they were are to suggest a very quick fix (that even applied to lenses I'd bought from other companies.) Happy with my purchase and experience.

I bought half lower rim glasses and they are of the upmost quality. The shipping process and payments where also fast and easy to understand.

I have been doing business with this company since 2017. Every two years when I receive my prescription from my opticians, I always purchase at least 3 pairs of glasses from them. People always love my frames. I have never ever had an issue with my prescription lenses. I have recommend family and friends who share similar sentiments. The customer service is almost second to none. As a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend this company. One thing stands out to me is the fact that I can email the seller at any time and the response is usually within a reasonable time. Keep up the good work.

Preiswerter kann man keine Brille in Sehstärke bekommen!
Von der Fassung bis zu den Gläsern ist alles von bester Qualität. Und das alles bis zu 8x billiger als beim Optiker.
Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die nicht ganz so gute Entspiegelung. Das geht heute besser.
