I received an eye care prescription for the first time last month after not having a real vision check since grade school. With only a printout from the vision center, I was able to order a high quality pair of glasses. I'm not sure I can imagine a better buying experience.

Too long of a wait. No proper status update. No estimated fulfillment date, and obviously not enough employees to work in fulfillment. Customer service person I spoke to doesn't have good skills.

It was a great process! Very easy with lots of options. Although I wish the process after placing an order was much faster..I understand with the need to verify prescription and make th lenses does take time.its just just too exciting to wait since everything was so easy..did I mention the virtual try on!!!! Now you see why I wish the arrival was faster!
