Adrian was such a massive help!
After an incredibly stressful experience regarding a delayed iPad order, I wanted to specifically acknowledge Adrian from Exyon Devices for the way he personally handled the situation.
While the initial shipping process was difficult due to circumstances and caused a lot of stress, especially as the iPad was intended to be our daughter’s birthday present, Adrian went above and beyond once he became involved. He contacted us directly, took the time to explain everything properly, organised a replacement iPad via express shipping, and provided a genuinely personalised level of customer service that made us feel heard and supported throughout the process.
What stood out most was how kind, patient, and understanding he was during such a stressful situation. Rather than treating us like just another order number, he handled everything personally and worked hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customer service like that is rare, and it completely changed our experience with the company. We are now genuinely excited to receive the iPad and continue future purchases for both personal and business use through Exyon Devices because of Adrian and the level of care and professionalism he showed throughout this experience.

Ordered a S22+ from them on back market…
Ordered a S22+ from them on back market and waited 2 weeks to receive the wrong phone, I received a standard S22 checked the website of the actual store… they don’t even sell S22+

Unfortunately you have not provided your order number (publicly hidden) when leaving a review and your name does not match any orders in that period However, we apologise if there was a picking error and apparent delivery delay from AusPost. Exyon offer a full satisfaction money back gaurantee on all devices sold on all marketplaces and trust you requested and received a refund and returns label from us, if you have not please contact our support team. Regarding Items sold by Exyon: We do/have sold S22+ but many of our top tech deals are high demand fast moving product lines, which due to our competitive pricing often sell out fast on shop.exyon.com.au and our other marketplaces - Exyon restock and refresh offers frequently.
