I want to warn others about my experience with this online casino site, as it showed all the signs of being a scam.

At first, everything seemed legitimate – the website looked professional, the games worked, and they made it easy to deposit money. However, once I started playing, things quickly changed. Any small wins were heavily restricted, and when I tried to withdraw my balance, I was hit with endless “verification” requests and delays. Customer support either ignored my messages or gave vague, copy-and-paste responses that didn’t actually help.

It became clear that the site was designed to take deposits but make withdrawals as difficult as possible. This is a major red flag. Legitimate casinos have clear terms and process withdrawals within a reasonable time – this one did not.

Thankfully, I contacted my bank, explained the situation, and provided evidence of the transactions and the issues I faced. After reviewing everything, they were able to reverse the payment and I managed to get my money back. Not everyone is that lucky, so don’t rely on that as a safety net.

My advice:

- Avoid this site completely
- Never trust a platform that delays or blocks withdrawals
- Always check independent reviews before depositing money
- If something feels off, stop immediately and contact your bank

There are far too many scam sites out there pretending to be legitimate casinos. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay safe and protect your money.

1 star for now, good games but waiting on a withdrawal been 3 days today but no update.. so will update review once have received withdrawal.

This casino is just another fake just to get money from you. If you win they just simply do not pay you, they will just cancel the withdrawal without no reason hoping you will just get bored and play and loose it all. They have no self restrictions in place like self exclusion or taking a time out. You have to request these but the chat is only an AI bot and never a real person. These people are not interested in anything only to take all your money. If you email with a complaint you will never get a response.

I won £300 pounds on the 13th September 2025. It’s now April 7th 2026. They still not paid me out. They have cancelled it twice on me. So that takes you back to the start of waiting to be paid but did get up to five months and still no money.

Has anyone received money off this site? I’ve won £1,300 and saying 7-21 days and used sepa as a way of withdrawing it 7-21 days is weird and other reviews are bad also

Still waiting 7 weeks later for my winnings 500 pounds .and get told the same rubbish all the time it's still getting checked .they do not answer emails I have sent about 100 disgrace of a site should be closed down .don't go near this site 😡

* Update read till end *Deposited just over £500, won 1500 in the end, withdrew it and it cancelled. Wondered if it was just me putting something in wrong so I ended up playing with some more money and then finally withdrew at £1000. I did that on 20/01/26 so it’s been well over a month and I’ve never received the withdrawal. I have contacted the live support which is clearly ai, although if you pester it enough sometimes it puts you through to a person, however when i did this they said ‘my shift finished speak to next advisor’ and cut off the chat. I have also emailed and they’ve got back to me saying there’s a high demand and there’s a lot of checks needed to do in order to receive payment, but I personally think it’s a load of bs… I wouldn’t bother spending money here, if gambling is the epitome of throwing your money down the drain, this casino takes it one step further.

Edit: if it comes through I’ll change this review but I highly doubt it.

EDIT2: I have received £400 withdrawal. Basically I got bored of waiting and thought if the money if no use for withdrawing I’ll just play with it. Spent 600 and thought I might aswell try withdraw a lower amount as one last try. I used the Mastercard withdrawal this time (crypto and bank transfer both cancelled previously). This method works! Not sure if it was because the casino didn’t have 1500 to release so they took forever and 400 is better or it’s just a fact that some of the withdrawal processes don’t work. Who knows. If you have used this casino I’d recommend trying a different withdrawal process before completely giving up on this casino.

Ultimately with all the problems I’ve experienced I wouldn’t completely recommend this casino but I wouldn’t lose hope if you have already deposited and are awaiting a withdrawal.

Withdrew £1000 on 05/12/25, stated time was 7-21 business days, and as per the other reviews, I've not received anything and get nothing but automated responses saying the same as on other reviews.
I am exploring ways of taking this further legally, if others have suffered the same experience with these scammers as I have then please contact me pokerpete2ukatgmaildotcom. I'm gonna get these robbing b***ards, if you feel strongly enough to do the same then let's coordinate this. I'll be speaking to a solicitor in the next few weeks.

Please do not waste your money here it really is a scam like everyone else is saying also website changes web address. They tell you 7-21 days for a withdrawal to be processed. It's not true. Also like everyone says there's no humans to contact just chat it's who tell you same story every time you complain. Please be wise and stay away! If by any chance I do receive my withdrawal I will update

please please please do not use this site they do not pay out at all . they tell you to wait 21days and then they just wont respond. Its a SCAM site using ai as a help service. i won £2000 here and they havent paid me anything. I have all the proof drop me a message if you need to see my evidence of scam help line. I will obviously write new report if money is sent to me but its been 23 days and have lost hope

Absolutely terrible online casino, put in a withdrawal request on the 18th June still waiting on the 21st August, all I keep getting is an automated response, we have a high level of request and extra security checks ridiculous. I think the site is a scam seen a review saying they have a fake license wish I had seen that before playing, avoid at all cost trust me you’ll never get your money back
