Exterior Building Solutions Recenzje

Following a cold call by EBS representatives (my husband answered the door and can’t remember their names – apologies) a meeting with the survey manager, Ross Andrew was arranged. We don’t usually entertain cold callers but in this instance we were glad we did!
Ross explained clearly and concisely, in non-technical terms, to both of us how the roof coating material performed and what was involved in the installation process. At no time did we feel pressurised into agreeing to have this work done. There is also the usual 14 days right to cancel if we had changed our minds about having this work done.
Amanda in the office called and gave us a date for the first stage of the process - cleaning of the roof.
The installation team, James and Scott, arrived in a timely manner on the date advised. They subsequently covered the areas of the ground that would be exposed to debris from the operations. The down pipes were temporarily sealed to prevent roof debris entering the drainage system. The team explained what they were going to do that day and what they would do on the following visit. They then proceeded with the roof cleaning operations. The resulting debris was washed away. The team arrived the next dry day [2 days later in our case – luckily for us the weather was kind that week] to repair defects on the roof and to do the coating of the roof.
The installation team were very polite, accommodating, and answered queries which arose and ensured that any issues with neighbours were addressed.
My husband and I are very pleased with our new look roof and would recommend using this company for similar roofing work.

Liam and John were very professional. Prompt service, turned up ontime. Kept informed at each step of the process. Tidied up afterwards. Can't complain. Would recommend without hesitation. Roof never looked so good and that is after 26 years of being in the property., Looks brand new. Well done chaps!

Prompt friendly service, roof looks as good as new, garden left tidier than before the men arrived,
Very satisfied.

EBS were first class in their workmanship.
Liam & John did a superb job of cleaning, pointing & painting our roof.
Amazing transformation ,which has elevated our home to another level.
Would definitely recommend this company.
Thanks again Liam & John, first class service.

I had moss and lichen removed from the roof, repairs done and the tiles were treated. James and his co-worker were polite and very helpful, worked very efficiently, clearing up after they had finished. Very happy with the finished result. The sales team were very informative and efficient and made the entire experience very smooth. Well done the whole team.

A fantastic transformation — I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work carried out today.

My roof had built up a considerable amount of moss and lichen over the years, along with gaps, broken tiles and verge tiles that had started to move and snake due to the moss growth. The difference after the work is quite remarkable.

The roof now looks almost brand new again, with the original colour brought back beautifully, and having the reassurance of a 15-year guarantee makes the whole job even more worthwhile.

What impressed me most was the professionalism throughout. This certainly isn’t a “jack of all trades” type of service — these guys clearly know exactly what they are doing and take real pride in their work.

If you care about protecting your roof, extending its longevity and giving it the best possible defence against the British weather, I would strongly recommend having this type of work carried out properly.

James and Scott — brilliant work. I was genuinely amazed at how you managed to make such hard work look so easy!

A superb result, a very professional service and one extremely happy customer.

Bravo — you absolutely have my recommendation.

Company were good to deal with and Liam and John who did the work were very good. Very satisfied with the quality of their work. Would readily recommend EBS

Exterior paint work & repairs on semi-detached house.

Process was explained clearly and carried out as described. The guys doing the initial clean of the walls and the painting were absolutely brilliant. Bit of a gap between initial clean and paint work due to scheduling issues but otherwise spot on.

Workmen get 5 stars!

**edit**
Forgot to mention the workmen went out of their way to accommodate difficult neighboring situations e.g. businesses - worth mentioning.

The guys carrying out the work are the face, backbone and body of EBS. I would suggest these guys train the salesmen :) joke but not a joke :) thanks guys - I have received loads of compliments on the look of my house now. Appreciate your work.

Sandy and Kieron arrived just before 8am and started preparing straight away. They taped up the windows and laid down groundsheets before 2 coatings. They worked exceptionally well together and had the job done by 1.30pm (no mean feat). They went above and beyond and painted our chimney, door canopy and handrails too. When finished, they took us around our property to see if we noticed anything that didn't meet our satisfaction. Nothing found. We are extremely satisfied with the job and would highly recommend this company. We are happy to display their company sign for any passers by to see who did the job. Thanks EBS for a job well done.
Derek and Marie. Cambuslang.

What a seamless experience with this company doing the work on my roof From the initial survey by Ross who did not use any high pressure sales but gave a detailed explanation of how the work would be done and the benefits I would gain from having my roof cleaned and coated.
The workmen Liam and John turned up when they said they would and worked tirelessly ensuring my roofing was thoroughly cleaned and treated .
They were very friendly and approachable and made sure there was no mess left in mine or my neighbours garden .
My garden was left as they found it .
I have to say that having my roof cleaned and treated has made it look almost like a new house and I am very happy with the work completed .
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others .
Thanks again guys and i wish you all the best in the future with this business and you cannot fail with this standard of workmanship .

Company very efficient Liam and John very friendly worked quickly and efficiently everything was covered to protect them from the dirt from the roof and then washed down when they were finished
We would recommend them as we are pleased with the results
Arthur and Cathie

James and his team did a fabulous job cleaning and coating my roof, they prepped well covering garden and conservatory, they also reassured me that whilst the actual cleaning part was a dirty job, everything would be left as clean as when they started and it was. They came back a few days later and replaced a couple of cracked roof tiles then put the coating on and what a difference, the roof looks amazing. Very pleasant guys who seem proud of the work they carry out. First class job and would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent work done by Liam and John. Very friendly and kept me up to date on how long the job was going to take. Really helpful in the choosing of colour of finish to my roof. Did make me laugh which helped me from stressing out. Roof looks brand new. Really, really pleased.

From the moment the the front door was knocked and the next day visit by Stephen who explained what would happen and gave us a price which was much better than what we thought. On arrival when the job was started James and his team were bang on time. They were very polite and easy to talk to. They worked diligently through some bad weather with no complaints they kept everything clean and tidy right up to the end of the job.We are delighted with the end results and would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish all staff were very thorough, right from the salesman to the rep., making sure we knew exactly what was entailed. At no point were we put under any pressure to commit ourselves to any deal. The treadesmen Scott,James and Teezy were very punctual at arriving both mornings and didn’t waste any time starting work and continued working until the job was done. They worked very hard at the end of the day to make sure they had tided everything away plus meticulously pressure washed all signs of debris..I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and neighbours. We are both delighted with the end result and and great job guys!👍

Professionally dealt with from start to finish, process throughly explained followed by first class workmanship from the cleaning of my house to completion of the new painting

From the very first knock on our door to the completion of our new roof, the whole experience was outstanding. The young man who initially called was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable without being pushy. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything happened exactly as promised.

The team that carried out the work was professional, hardworking, and took real pride in what they were doing. They kept everything tidy, completed the job to a very high standard, and the finished roof looks fantastic.

If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that delivers on its promises from start to finish, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and great value. Five stars!

James & Scott arrived on time agreed
Immediately started on the work
Completed the work to an outstanding finish
They were helpful, polite & professional throughout
Very happy with the finished article
Have NO hesitation in recommending them both
They were great ambassadors for the company

Roof was cleaned, repointed completely and around 25 cracked/ broken tiles replaced. It was then coated in grey and now looks like a new roof.
The workers were polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves.
I would have no hesitation in recommending EBS for this type of work.

Door to door cold callers who ignore 'no cold calling signs'. Who then say they are not cold calling! They lie about being approved by Trading Standards and that they have a "remit" for the area. They book appointments that are not asked for. Avoid.
