The shoes are mail order
The shoes are mail order. You have to try them on and wear them to see if they are going to fit. Once you wear them, you can’t return them. It turns out that the pair I bought don’t really fit and now hurt my feet.

Yes we are an online business and yes we do allow customers to try the shoes on in the comfort of their own home and preferably on carpet as you have to remember that whatever you return to us has to be in good order as we have to re-sell it. You cannot try shoes on outside and then decide they don't fit and then return them im afraid

I have been using Express Trainers for several years now and purchase most of my footwear from them. They are usually the first place I look whenever I need new footwear. I have bought formal and casual shoes, walking boots,sandals and running shoes and have always found them to provide excellent service. The products I have bought have been very good value.

I normally buy all my trainers from this company, but tend to choose their clearance or trade items as they are good value compared to the stupid prices one can pay for named brands. Disappointed that KSwiss no longer do half sizes.
