I went for an oil change two weeks ago, where they charged 75$ which they did a horrible job. They didnt fill the car fully with oil, which led to my car making weird sounds. The car had one quart less of oil.

Eric helped me put new lights on my vehicle. He was very nice and put the new lights in very quickly and gave me a cold water. Awesome store and I will be sure to visit for my auto needs in the future.

Took my vehicle in for an oil leak. $600+ later, the car still has the same leak they said was fixed. Took it back. They want over $1700 to fix what should have been fixed the first time. Not recommending them. Lost my business. Extremely upset with the lack of integrity.

I went there to get my oil change. Because it’s fast. But I hate I went there. They didn’t tighten my oil filter down properly so all the oil came out and it made my oil light come. So I had to replace the oil.They put My oil drain bolt on so tight on my truck that I had to go AutoZone and buy tools just to get it off. And buy a new bolt for my oil pan. I wasted money and time. Stop hiring people that don’t know how to do a simple oil change. The people like me that knows how to work on vehicles. Y’all will not hire us. If you don’t care about your transportation go to them but if you care go to the dealer ship or do it yourself. I can’t believe the person they had under my truck stripped my oil pan bolt and didn’t tighten my oil filter down properly. If y’all didn’t know you supposed to snug it. I had to use a breaker bar just to get it off. Smh but it’s best for me to write a review instead of going to y’all establishment complaining about it because y’all don’t care and y’all won’t believe me anyway. Tell y’all employees to snug the oil pan bolt and snug the oil filter.

Had my tires replaced for over $900 and the tire pressure light was on immediately when I got in the car. Drove the car back and asked them to put air in the tires and they did. For some reason the back left tire was only 23 PSI as they put air back in the brand new tire (red flag). Then I drove home and just hours later the back tire was completely flat. Then I had to get the car back to the shop (for the third time) and have them fix the issue they caused. They had to replace the valve stem because they messed it up and it was leaking.

Then I got the car back and within the first day the TPMS light came on and never shut off, so I had to take a fourth trip to the shop. They refused to fix the sensor and said the sensor battery must have just died (coincidentally) right after.

They were going to charge me $150 for yet another one of their mistakes. I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the years and this is how they treat their repeat customers.

Stay away from this shop. Sloppy work and poor customer service.

Devin and Andrew were pros! Got me right in and were comprehensive and friendly. I recommend Express Oil Winchester!

First-time customer today and these guys are amazing! I had brake fluid warning signs in my car and they got me to a mechanic immediately. The mechanic came over to my car, checked my brake fluid level (almost empty) and poured new brake fluid in. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. He wouldn't let me pay him! I will be bringing my car here for future oil changes and tires. Thank you!

i went to express with a truck that was overheating i was quoted a price of 1300 for replacing the radiator and hoses that were said to be leaking on the belt.
they were not.
i took it elsewhere and was quoted 250 and
three belt replacements total of 350.
wont be back

Waited longer then 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, then I finally left. Two cars in the garage 2 empty bays and not one person walks out and says a word. Customer service has gone down hill since they opened.

Kelvin at the Huntsville, AL Friendship Commons location was fantastic! The oil change was quick and clean, and they noticed I had a headlight out. They replaced it with a spare I already had. Thank you!
