The gentleman was really helpful to speak to on the phone. I'm not much good with metric measurements and I thought I needed fourteen metres. Following his calculation, I only needed nine. It saved me a few hundred pounds. Very good customer service.

You allowed me to order and pay and then told me that there was a 6 week wait. This is for a birthday gift for the 14th Aug. As your name is Express Matting I think you need to let customers know that items are out of stock before they buy them.

Excellent service so far, but we haven't got the pond liner installed yet, so this is a comment on the service and not on the product itself.

I was uncertain if the paint I had requested was right for the job the chap I spoke to answered all my questions and helped me with my purchase.
The paint very easy to apply and covered better than I was expecting and looked really good when down.
Very pleased all round.
