NO to express heat therapy
Product is overpriced and not at all convenient. Sales people use persuasive tactics to sell you on the idea but the heat pads take just as long to recharge as they do to use!

how can you say no to heat
I don't understand how other people hate this product. it's simple to use that involves just pushing a button back and forth and works right away. i bought this at a show a few weeks ago and use hands and back warmer when im on the road especially the cold season is back. would 100% recommend this to anybody out for work

Not worth it. Faulty technology
The heating pad never worked from when I bought it and can't get an exchange or refund.

Absolute trash, worse customer service
Absolute trash. Their customer service tries to wear you down so you give up on trying to return to get a refund they promise in person. They will try to force you to pay for shipping and mail back 6lbs+ of items rather than accept the items in person so that it’s too expensive to ship/return. I stored one on top of another and it activated so I couldn’t even use it when I needed it. It’s just not a practical device.

A must try
Express heat therapy has changed my view on heating products. After a long days of standing my feet, the quick to use and portable heat pads have been a game changer! Overall 9.5/10 product, would recommend!!!

this helps with my muscle aches and when my body gets sore. i often get my muscle tensed up from work, so this provides me immediate relief when i need it
