Totally different than the sample we have received.
The artificial grass was ordered from expressgrass, same place from where I received the sample.

We only have a sample pack order from yourself (email address match), no grass order.
If you did order grass from us (using a different email address) It should be a exact copy as we produce the samples in house directly from the full rolls of artificial grass.

Disappointed
Wonderful service arrived the next day. The quality of the grass is by far not as good as we had what can be done some years ago, we are very disappointed as we have recommended you to so many people. What can be done now we have laid it ???

Your order was for Budget Grass at under £5 a square metre. What can be done now its been laid? Absolutely nothing, before you installed it a exchange is possible.
The grass is very disappointing
The grass is very disappointing, thought the pile would spring up when it was unrolled but the grass has stayed very flat..

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your feedback – we're sorry to hear the grass didn’t meet your expectations. Artificial grass will be completely flat straight from the roll due to compression during transport. This is entirely normal, and the pile is designed to lift once it's been properly brushed (defibrillated) during installation.
Until that step is done, the grass won’t look or perform as expected. For best results, we recommend brushing the grass against the pile direction using a stiff broom or a power brush like our Turfmatic™ 380 Sweeper, which is ideal for lifting and refreshing the pile.

Value for money
This was excellent value for money, delivery was excellent.
I bought end of roll and saved some money, I was worried it would just about fit but luckily there was an extra 20cm so i can cut the end piece.
