Kirollos Nasralah is a completely fraudulent agent. Called our roofing company for an estimate. One of the questions we ask is do you own the home and for how long ??

Stated they owned the house for a few months. When the representative went out there he finally pried out of them that they did not own the home and were only looking to purchase. They completely lied , fabricated and wasted the time of our company and the poor young roofing rep that went out. Why can’t you just be honest ?? You want a roofer that is honest right ? But you have no problem being deceptive.

I am writing to address the incorrect review you posted on my profile. Despite my efforts to contact you through various platforms, I have not received a response.

To clarify, you hired someone to create an e-commerce website for $20. When you received a subpar website, instead of addressing the issue with the correct individual, you mistakenly left a negative review on my profile. It is concerning that such a mistake was made, and despite my attempts to rectify this misunderstanding, I have not heard back from you.

I kindly request that you contact me to discuss and remove the erroneous review from my account. If I do not hear back from you, I will have no choice but to consider legal action to resolve this matter.

Llevamos tres días llamando a la central para que nos contacte el comercial, si es que existe, en la Costa del Sol, nada de nada. Entendemos que esta plataforma es solo un puf y que en determinadas zonas no existe ni estructura ni soporte ni nada, pobres propietarios que confían en estos chiringuitos. En fin, no toca mas remedio que ir a inmobiliarias serias.

Contactamos con María Jesús, la cual nos prometió que seríamos los primeros en visitar la vivienda. A media hora de desplazarnos para ver el piso y efectuar la reserva, nos ha llamado para decirnos que el piso se acababa de reservar sin visitar.
Una falta de compromiso a su palabra brutal, que fácil es jugar con la gente.

He contactado con una tal Amparo, de la agencia, y una maleducada, chula y agresiva. Qué lástima que ha perdido la venta de un piso al contado ;)

Nos sentimos estafados, nos vendieron que daban una asesoría con unos resultados para incrementar nuestras ventas y captaciones como inmobiliaria y fue un robo. No hay otro nombre y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Worst experience in my life. We relocated out of the country and for over a month the realtor told us that everything would be taken care remotely. I repeatedly asked her every week about remote signing and she always said it was no problem. I even told her it was our biggest concern before we began the process, and always the same answer. “ no problem” The realtor told us 3 days before closing that we would have to fly halfway around the world to sign. She pestered me every day about petty things that she said the buyer had requested and turns out the buyer never did request these things. She also misrepresented the size of our house and lost us a lot of money all together. She never admitted fault but always said it was our fault. She never offered to pay for the plane tickets or even for half. Her initials were KS and she shouldn’t be in this profession. She is also a coward and didn’t even show at closing to give us our “wonderful” gift . Make sure the realtors name isn’t Krystin Simpson if you use this company but honestly I can’t recommend them to anyone after this horrible experience. Lawyers have been notified.

Exp Realty agent Tina Hartford just ruined my family’s financial status by pushing a brand new house that is way far off our intended move in date. Only motivated to work with seller agents that she will get the most commission of. She pushed a brand new house that will be about 2 months off our intended move in that we have to wait for and ended up spending our saving for staying on a hotel. She tends to catch you that she care for Military Family but she only cares about how she can get a higher commission and do not care about the clients situation.

Exp Portugal or Exp Reality is the same. I had a horrible experience buying my property. They market themselves as knowledgeable not only in selling, but also in immigration in Portugal, offering contacts and advice, that they are nothing but their close “friends”
I will get you business because you are my neighbour and you will get me business!!!!
The Canadian realtor ( only one year in Portugal) Denise K from Villa Nova de Poires has no experience at all and acted like she knows everything, she manipulated me big time, she even made me pay € 2000 cash and upfront to stay in her Airbnb rooms that she rents. She was telling me there is no rent in Figueira da Foz, she absolutely refused to help me find rent there.

I wanted to rent first in my city of choice before buying to get the feeling of the city…. No she gets me to her place, get the cash and next day sign 🪧 CPCV I asked her to help me find rent in Figueira but she kept telling me it doesn’t exist…. False!!

I regret! I should’ve just stayed in a hotel for 5 days in Figueira da Foz, it would have costed me less than €2000!!! For sure. I feel stupid! I feel being taking advantage of me to the bone 🦴! I can’t swallow it!

I was her prey, she took advantage of my vulnerability and each time I had a question or concern 🙁, she will say don’t worry, I got that for you, she had an answer for everything

The mortgage broker was from Albufera, not Figueira nothing was organized, I faced so many issues and problems and she didn’t care! She cares about her commission. I desactivated my FB account!!! And I was looking for a way to leave a review so no one goes to the same agent and face the same problems. She even made me email/call the builder to ask him not to share her commission with the other realtor as she had to share it because online I contacted Daniel a Portuguese realtor who at the end was much more helpful, more knowledgeable and I truly regret not going with him! She plays it as we are both Canadian, we are friends, we are expats helping each other’s and that’s what I was thinking 🤔 I trusted her, I wanted to help her, but she was all the time seing as an opportunity for her commission and her other friends making money out of me. The contacts she has giving me charged me too much money or didn’t do the work properly which caused me issues and problems with my immigration process with my residency visa, even the person picking me up from the airport was not professional to say the least!!! She promised things but never delivered! I should have bought by myself with the contractor directly using Daniel services and I regret it! I hope that you guys reading this won’t have to face the horrible experience of manipulation I have been through. It’s sad to see how someone is so selfish and blind in front of money 💰 my intention was good, I wanted to help her, I trusted her, believed her and in return instead of her helping find rent for three months in Figueira June, July and August, she says no rent just sign CVCP, she took the cash 💰 €2000 I was planning to stay in her place as she rents rooms and I only stayed 5 days ( I was sick 😷 with horrible anxiety, flue, fever 🤒) and went back to Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 I unfollowed her, I contacted her manager/supervisor Leesa Booyzen but she didn’t respond to my messages or calls and didn’t return them!!! I contacted Guilherme Grossman on LinkedIn to complain and to ask him where unsatisfied customer leave a review or comment??

I mean there were so many things, so many, when you are vulnerable, going to a new country by yourself, it’s not easy!! It’s not rosy all the time like what I post on my Instagram but you hope people will be honest and professional!
Anyways, please be careful!

Llevo dos días llamando para que me enseñen un apartamento en La Pineda...y todo el tiempo me dicen que me van a llamar...les han llamado a uds? Pues a mí tampoco. Poquitas ganas de vender...Poca profesionalidad. Señores propietarios, dejen su inmueble en otra inmobiliaria.

Louise Stokes is an unkind human being who lacks very basic knowledge of buying/selling Properties. She falsely informs clients and creates false expectations due to the fact she does not understand how long the buying or selling process can take. We had a leasehold transaction but Louise kept pushing and pressurising us to complete within one month when our Conveyancer told us it would take roughly 6 months to complete. Horrible and very rude to deal with.

As an Agent, I paid for the recording of a sold out seminar on AI. Never received it and they have not replied to my emails.

In my opinion, Allison, of Allison Meston Real Estate Group - ExP Realty, behaved in a unethical manner when she sold a house for Lucas and Tessa. The washer in the house I bought leaks and, in my opinion, has been leaking for some time due to the buckled baseboards and wall discoloration behind the washer. Allison told my realtor that it wasn't her problem since I didn't inform them within 24 hours of my possession. I informed them within 72 hours. I hope you're all enjoying a good laugh at my expense, Allison, Lucas, and Tessa. In my opinion, stay away from this realtor.

John Nehrbas has very little knowledge of real estate. He didn't know that the seller's disclosure form must be given to a potential buyer BEFORE they make an offer. He insisted that I had to make an offer FIRST and then receive the seller's disclosure form. IDIOT

Kirk Shephard in Cumbria is untrustworthy. He caused me to lose much of my retirement savings. He has reviews on Google that are fake. Is eXp properly vetting its agents? Is dishonesty not important to them? I won’t put my property with an agent I can’t trust again.
