Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us-we genuinely appreciate your feedback.
We understand how the introductory chapters may have come across, and we’d like to offer a bit of context. These opening sections are designed to provide a gentle introduction and set the stage for the more detailed, science-based concepts that are explored in later chapters. Because of this structure, the depth of scientific content becomes more evident as the course progresses.
That said, your feedback is helpful in highlighting how important it is for us to clearly communicate this progression from the very beginning. We’re glad you brought this up, as it gives us an opportunity to refine how the course is presented and ensure expectations are aligned early on.
We’ve already initiated a thorough review of the course content to make sure the flow, clarity, and scientific grounding are consistently reflected throughout. Your input is a valuable part of that process.
Thank you again for your feedback-it plays an important role in helping us improve and deliver a better learning experience.

I had a very good experience completing…
I had a very good experience completing the Legal Administrative Assistant Certification with ExpertRating. The course material was clear, practical, and focused on real-world knowledge that can be applied immediately in administrative legal work.
The exam was well-structured and tested essential concepts such as legal terminology, research, and procedures. I especially liked that the process was straightforward and flexible.
After passing, I received a verifiable certificate, which adds credibility to my professional services. Overall, I recommend this certification to anyone looking to strengthen their knowledge and formalize their experience in the legal administrative field.

Not a real "course"
Not a real "course". A series of bullet points and definitions that could have been found using internet searches for appropriate topics.
No value here at all. Misrepresented.
Waste of money, time, and effort.

While the course may appear concise or structured in bullet points, this format is intentionally designed to make learning clear, practical, and easy to apply. Rather than overwhelming learners with unnecessary complexity, the focus is on delivering key concepts in a way that saves time and helps users take action quickly.
Many learners actually prefer this approach because it cuts through noise and provides exactly what they need to understand and implement the topic effectively. The value of a course isn’t just in length or presentation style, but in how useful and applicable the information is—and that’s where we strive to deliver.
That said, your feedback is valuable, and we’re continuously working to improve the depth, examples, and overall experience for all users.
We’re committed to making this even better for you.

I loved my experience!
I loved that I could do several practices to understand the test. When I took the actual typing test, it offered best of 2 attempts, which gave me better results. Website was easy to move around in, as well. Very user friendly.
