This is the most Professional Team I have met till now. My case was complicated but my Solicitor gave me best guidance throughout my case. Highly recommended!

I would avoid at all costs. One solicitor here has no idea what she is doing, to the point I even advised her of next steps! (Yes, I definitely should have saved money and done it myself!) something as simple as a passport number on important documents, she got wrong (a long with many other mistakes!) ignores emails, responses to other emails in the most unprofessional manner. I got tired of having to deal with such incompetency, I complained. Had a short phone call with the ‘director’ she informed me she would look into the issues I raised and respond via email. 10 days later I still had not got a response. I emailed requesting a response. Ignored. Nothing. Please do not put your trust in these people. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. The mistakes made, small and substantial are shocking.

Pathetic, reading the immigration law on the desktop screen and reading it out to me. Didnt let me ask questions was downright rude and pretended to know stuff, kept our call on hold and mute, asked the answer from the other person and then gave us the answer. Don't bother reaching them out fr immigration purposes as they won't help you.
