You've explained exactly why you couldn't cancel. You booked with less than 24 hours notice, when the experiences require at least 24 hours notice to cancel. As an agent we are obligated to pay the provider of the experience. We have to give the provider at least 24 hours notice as well to allow them to resell the space.

You made a mistake with an order, then threatened us with a chargeback and negative reviews if we didn't fix your mistake and make a reservation at short notice, for something that wasn't available. I'd be happy to share the chain of emails here.
Such a Variety
I loved being able to see such a variety of things to do in New York - things that may not be on the normal tourist list. I signed up for the guided run through Central Park. The guide was amazing and made running through Central Park fun and informative. The purchase process was seamless.

I bought an off-road driving experience for my daughter as a birthday gift: she had great customer service when the first booking was cancelled and she needed to re-book, then really enjoyed the experience. A successful gift!
