Awesome Kevon!!!!!

Worked with Kevon on my Macau Visa and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend EP&V for all your international travel needs. By the way, all last minute, because who knew you needed permission to go lose all your money in China.

It was such a quality service

It was such a quality service. With unexpected family plans I didn't have time to prepare for leaving the country correctly. Kevon explained the process step by step and left me with no confusion on how to proceed. He was patient and understanding. 10/10 would recommend this company again.

Best Experience

I went to one place before this and this was the best experience I’ve had. Super fast and super friendly! They worked with my schedule completely and even stayed open past ‘closing time’ just to finish everything up!

Replacing a lost passport

I needed to replace a passport that I had lost in a very short length of time, so I contacted this group. I had a counselor who took every step with me, explained the process and requirements as often as I needed her to, and when I needed a new document she emailed it to me within about 3 minutes! Everything went as advertised and my new passport arrived ahead of the time promised. I am so grateful and pleased!

They gave us good advice on how to fill…

They gave us good advice on how to fill out the application and walked us through each step. Once they submit everything to the Department of State they can’t really give you any info unless it’s been returned for some reason, so it’s just a waiting game. We did see that our check to the Department of State was cashed and we received our new passports in the time they told us we would. It worked as expected and I would highly recommend them.

The best of the best

This process was easier than I could’ve imagained. I was updated on the status of my passport throughout the process which was incredibly reassuring. I would recommend this company to anyone over and over again! Great customer service and timely results!

Skeptical at first

Skeptical at first. I needed a passport for a business trip on a Monday and it was the Wednesday before. With a little bit of effort on my part and some clear direction from Expedited Passports, the new passport was at my door on Friday morning.
