Exceptional Customer service

Excellent platform for financial transfer.

I signed up for this service 3 months+ ago, didn't think it was useful until I got a notice that my NGN and CAD wallet has been created. Subsequently, I proceeded to top up the Nigerian wallet (Providus) and proceeded to update my KYC. From the next day I started getting the incorrect password error. I reached out via Telegram to the admins in the group and didn't get any response. I also suspect that this practice violates CBN so I will be reporting to Providus for my refund and also escalating to CBN aswell.

They would have gotten a better review but it's like they going from good to worse 👎. Their exchange rate has become so irritable that you can literally see & feel cheated compared to other money apps out there. And you see the 24/7 customer service is a scam, lots of time, emergency transactions are put on hold because something is wrong with the app and there's no customer service representative to attend to you. And there is this unfriendly lady on their customer service team who responds grudgingly and rudely, like gal do your job & if you not pleased with it, take a bow. Except for David who is exceptional and friendly.
I believe there's room for improvement if they really want to put in the work.

I've used their money transer service before and it works well. Recently Expedier notified me of their card service and I decided to try it out since the rate seemed fair. I added $11 to my card and tried to shop on alixpress for n item worth $4 but I got an error saying I had insufficient fund in card. I also tried to add the card to my paypal and it gave a similar error. It seems to me like my $11 wasnt added to the card, though the card shows a balance of $11 on Expedier. Also when I attempted to withdraw my fund from the card Expedier says they will charge me a whooping $5 as withdrawal fee (who does that?).
