Negativní recenzi jsem nikdy nenapsal, ale z této služby jsem opravdu zklamaný. Chtěl jsem zalistovat několik produktů na jeden marketplace do více zemí. Na celou věc jsem nespěchal, času bylo dost. Po několika měsících dost zvláštní komunikace, kdy byla zakázka z jejich strany považována za ‚spuštěnou‘, jsem dostal neúplný výsledek s naprosto nesmyslnými překlady a chybnými cenami.

Chápu, že se může stát chyba, ale nerozumím tomu, že si to po sobě při spuštění nikdo ani nepřečte. Až po několika dnech jsem sám zjistil, že produkt, který má stát okolo 1 500 eur, je zalistovaný za 35 000 eur apod.

Nešlo mi o okamžité zvýšení prodejů, hledal jsem někoho, kdo listing udělá opravdu kvalitně, abych měl čisté svědomí, že je vše v pořádku a ušetřil si práci. I proto jsem zvolil tuto firmu s tím, že to bude lehce dražší než konkurence, ale s očekáváním kvalitního výstupu. Bohužel to se nestalo...

If you want to sell your products on marketplaces such as ebay.de, cdiscount.com, kaufland.de or amazon.whatever, you can handle product listing and orders shipping for all marketplaces in one application. Second, Expando provides B2C customer service for each marketplace. That means you do not have to employ Swedish speakers for selling on amazon.se, Italian speakers for selling on amazon.it etc. No language barriers. Just set boarders and Expando customer service will work independently and responsibly. Third, cooperation with Expando is great.
