Heena from Inside Sales Associate was polite and easy approach to take all my request and she helped out the same with the instant proof of order, when I made partial payment and on final payment she shared the tracking link to download the app and follow.

The book on Vedic mathematics and the book on Vedic sounds are highly insightful, thought provoking and make available knowledge brought out many years ago, but not available easily to all. Thanks and felicitations for the yeomen service.

I ordered a royal baraat painting from Exotic India Art and I dont have words to express your gratitude, from placing order to getting the painting ready, framing and delivery everything was so smooth and the output is marvellous. I heartily thank the artist too from my end for this gem ☺️ The painting is tooo big in size more than 5 feet long in length and still it was delivered safely and quickly and I am so grateful to Vikas Sharma sir who managed everything so effectively and provided timely updates regarding everything, he was really polite and vigilant regarding the order.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with this site. I paid in advance for a book through card and opted for express delivery — only to have the order marked as Cash on Delivery by mistake. Despite repeated follow-ups through email, WhatsApp, and calls, their customer support was completely unresponsive.

For over a week, I have been receiving false delivery updates from Bluedart. No one from the team bothered to clarify or rectify this mess.

I no longer want the book. I just want my refund processed properly.

Extremely disappointed. This site has zero respect for customers, their time, or their money. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a statue, changed my mind and exchanged for two paintings instead. Exotic India staff were both patient and efficient in terms of arranging the exchange and refunding the difference. Paintings just arrived today (transit was so fast to UK) and they were VERY well packed and even more beautiful than they looked online. I've ordered from Exotic India before and always find them to be great to deal with. Highly recommend them.

I placed an order which was never sent and have not received a reply to two emails. Not to be trusted

I placed two orders of several books at Exotic India. After completing the transaction I got no confirming email and no order number. The order didn't show up in the website or the app. I sent several emails to clear the issue and got a response saying that they had no trace of any order made with my account. So they just took my money but no order was placed.

Exotic India has earned my loyalty since 2008 on six separate purchases ranging from brass statues to hand-painted fabrics. Every art object I have received has exceeded my expectations in beauty, quality and value. Further, I am truly grateful for their excellent communications and fast, secure shipping to me here in the United States. A five-star company!

Dispatch is quick and prompt, it is sometimes quicker than promised. A huge store with a wide range of Invaluable books, Exotic India's collection is impressive, the books are in good shape. The cost for books is relatively higher compared to other stores. I have been a regular buyer from this shop.

Charged 250 for a 50 rupees book and didn't deliver it only in over 45 days. Refund also has not been processed. Better to buy from Amazon. Don't order from this site at all. Their customer service sucks.

Don’t trust these guys especially when it comes to buying books. They will charge you much more than the actual price. Better to get directly from the publishers. On top of that they make fools out of people by charging blue dart fee. Also they don’t check the quality of the books dispatched, if they are old, torn or worn out, these guys don’t care. They will charge you extra and give shit. Stay away.

I would give minus five stars. I ordered two books in August which still have not arrived yet (It is 29th December). The incompetence of the staff is horrific. The books were apparently sent via normal Indian post (although I insisted they use DHL) and were sent back to the Exotic India address somewhere along the way. I then told them to send the books via DHL. They required 10 Euro for that, which I paid. However nothing arrived. Later on they sent another email requesting another 10 Euro. I showed them confirmation of payment and they responded by saying the books had been sent to a different address and were yet again returned back to Exotic India, plus that should I want the books, I have to pay yet another 10 Euro for DHL costs (which had already been paid). Requesting money in order to pay for one´s own mistake is called stealing.

My mother ordered a book through their website in early November. Fast forward ONE MONTH, no update on the order. I had to text them on WhatsApp and ultimately call them to understand that they are unable to procure the book, the customer care executive said he would get back to me personally with an update. Nope, no response for another 5 days. Ultimately had to cancel the order by writing an email. Still the refund isn't issued. And the website still lists the same book as available. I mean that must be the height of absolute incompetence.

When we purchase many items, we usually get waiver of shipping charges but not with Exotic India
