Extremely Bad Customer Service of Exotel
We have been a long-time customer of Exotel and have been using their IVR services for several years.
Recently, we approached them to explore their AI Voice Agent solution to improve our own customer support. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past week, we were only promised a demo, but there has been absolutely no response or progress from their team.
It is quite concerning that a company offering customer communication solutions is unable to respond to an existing customer in a timely manner. If this is the level of support they provide, it raises serious doubts about their capability to support advanced solutions like AI voice agents.
We expected much better responsiveness and professionalism, especially as a long-term client. This experience has made us question whether Exotel is the right partner for our future needs.
